ECO-FRIENDLY....
In order to provide you with an accurate quote, please select your 3D board design of choice and supply thefollowing details :
The size of the wall you wish to cover (Height and Width in mm)
The address for installation/delivery
The 3D board design you would like to use
As the 3D boards arrive in boxes of numerous square meters (E.g. 2.5m2, 3m2, 6 or 10m2), we supply you with the correct number of m2 you’ll need to cover your selected surface area.
Calculate how many 3D boards you will need to purchase :
Multiply the Height and Width of your wall to get the total m2 (e.g. If your wallis 2,5m high x 3m wide, the total wall area would be 7,5 m2)
Compare the total m2 of your wall to the number of m2 the boards arrive in (e.g. Rubric design arrives in boxes of minimum 2,5m2 and 6m2)
This means you will need to buy 3 boxesof 2,5m2 in order to make up your 7,5m2 to cover your wall.

1ST STEP : SURFACE AND 3D BOARD PREPARATION
Please note only to be applied on flat, dry and clean surfaces. The wall surface must be even. Any holes must be filled prior to application. Make sure your hands are clean and dry before you start and be careful not to let any adhesive come into contact with the front of the board.
2ND STEP : INSTALLATION AND ADHERING TO WALL
Your layout must be well planned. Determine how the installation will be done. If you are unsure lay the board out on the floor or prepare a sketch to confirm plans.Latex or multi-functional glue, tile paste or pre mixed heavy-duty wallpaper glue can be use as an adhesive directly onto the wall. If you have trouble with a stubborn area or corner, tack down with a finishing nail, leaving in until dry, and address hole(s)after priming. Leave 3-5 mm between the boards when you apply them to the wall (as you would with regular tiles). Remove excess adhesive.
3RD STEP : PLACING 3D-BOARD ON THE WALL
Make sure the boards are positioned straight and level. Please take the straightness of the wall and other obstaclesinto account early on. On a wall-to-wall installation, work across the wall from corner to corner starting at the top to reduce the need to cut the boards down. All the edges must be properly bonded to the wall during the installation process. In any difficult area nails may be used with the indentations to be filled in after the adhesive has fully dried and the boards have been sealed with a primer. Please place all the boards an even distance from each other so the use of tiling spacers can be beneficial, the result will be even and professional. If working from the center out, all boards that fall at edges may need to be cut.
4TH STEP : PRIMER COAT
After the adhesive has fully dried you MUST apply a prime sealer as recommended by the manufacturer before any finishing workis started to seal the board.
5TH STEP :FINISH WORK
A tiled wall will have seams. If you looking for a more seamless finish you can fill up all joints before final primer coat. Please note that you can only sand lightly once completed. Then you only need to apply a second primer coat before proceeding to your final paint color application.
6TH STEP : PAINTING
You should now have a beautiful tiled wall ready for painting. Boards can be brushed or sprayed - although spraying will give youthe most even finish. The painting is as that of drywall or plaster.
