Ten acres were recently donated to the City of

Fernley for a park as part of a development for

nearby homes. This play structure is the showpiece

Hurricane Charley did significant damage to this area, but this system

withstood the force of the storm. Diana Finnegan, Recreation Division Manager

for the Charlotte County Parks and Recreation, and Frank Beldowski, Foreman

Special Project and Certified Playground Inspector, have a lot of praise for this

playsystem. Miracle has been an excellent partner. Miracles Big Timber

system is a child magnet for 5 to 12 year olds. The kids just flock to it like

its their own clubhouse. We even ordered a Tot Lot for the 2 to 5 year-olds.

This is our third Miracle structure, said Kae Eidson,

Director of Grand Blanc Park and Recreation. The

blue-green color continued the blue theme of the park.

She mentioned this play system has the highly visible,

new Big Kahuna. Kae went on further to say,

Building the park was a total involvement process

with the community. Kim Alexander, City of Wayne

Parks and Recreation Director, assisted with the project.

We went with Miracle because they had a Community

Build Program when we entered the bid process.

This community not only raised the funds for the

playsystem, but built and installed it! Kim went on

to say, This playsystem is a child magnet for 5 to 12

year olds, and has made Goudy the most popular

As a first time purchaser of playground equipment,

the Gathering Place Child Care Facility was looking

for durability. The president, Dan Armstrong, had a

Young children come from a 15-mile radius to have

fun on our new Miracle playsystems, says Bob Szuch,

a board member on the Ada War Memorial Park Board.

When asked why they chose Miracle, he said, They

had more color options than any other bid. This is our

first structure of this kind and we love it. This unique,

modern, and original playsystem replaced the 50 year

old equipment. Bob said, Everyone on the board believes

the equipment assisted with the renewal of the levy

kindergartners towards the Miracle playsystem.

system, exclaimed Principal Pat McCoy.

We looked at three other companies and

between the school and its PTO, and

Group. Safety was also another consideration and the

Playground Safety, added Sam Tolman, AIA NCARB,

Architectural Project Manager, City of Las Vegas. Pat

went on to say, Miracle had been recommended to us

by the City and we felt Miracle to be one of the safest

Miracle has a big presence in this community with fun

outdoor play structures. The kids even brush the snow

off in the winter to play. said Alan Oman, Executive

Director. This entire playground was paid for by the

Midland Kiwanis Club and the Kaiwassee Kiwanis Club.

Oman said, The volume of use is amazing with over one

hundred children alone per day from the early childcare

programs. Our rep was an excellent help. He stayed

Eagle Bluffs ParkHastings, Minnesota

The natural colors of this playsystem inspire the children

to soar like the eagles. A local developer donated the

land for park use and the city installed the system for

its residents. Because of this system, the small city park

has changed from an unused lot to the neighborhood

gathering place, tells Lee Erickson, retired Park

Superintendent, who has worked with Miracle and
