resources such as (but not only) – Reading Street, Holt (Elem Math – ThinkCentral and MS Science), iStation, Discovery

Ed, and many others.

With the Learning Forward, Future Ready roll out of IPads for MS and HS field test devices, her time this summer has

been devoted to ensuring that process is ready for start of the school year. She hopes curriculum uploads completed

everything by Aug 19th.

What does this mean: Returning staff will have access to online resources. New staff will not. It also means that the 16-

17 student names that are uploaded (like ThinkCentral) to give teachers the ability to set up classes will not

work. Access to just the on-line resources by returning staff should be OK. Please be patient if it doesn’t work, as they

are will continue to work on this.

Punch List – Please know that our architect has done a preliminary walk-through and developed a punch list. This is a list of things that the contractor need to come and fix, finish, replace or clean. We will be doing another punch list walk-through upon construction completion. Things on a punch list might include a light switch that “sticks”, nics in the walls, places where the paint in uneven or chipped, snagged carpet, missing baseboard etc… You do not need to report directly to me if you notice a construction flaw – instead I will have a google doc that you can enter things that you notice in your room (or anywhere in the building). year there are many boxes to deliver, so the delivery process is slow. Please share with your staff that materials are

coming (construction schools will be the last delivered
