MOSCOW – KAZAN

1st day

Meeting at the airport. Transfer to the hotel. Free time.

2nd day

Meeting with the guide at the hotel. A big sightseeing tour across Moscow. Visit

of the Kremlin. Lunch. Return to the hotel. Transfer to the railway station. Departure to

Kazan.

3rd day Meeting at the railway station of Kazan. Transfer to the hotel. Breakfast.

Sightseeing tour around the city "Thousand-years of Kazan".

Downtown - Old Tatar settlement, Mosques Azimovskaya or Mardzhani, Kaban

Lake. "The native village". The Peter and Paul Cathedral constructed in 1723-1726 in

memory of Peter’s I stay in Kazan. The Krestovozdvizhenskaya Church and Wonder-

working Kazan icon of the Mother of God returned from Vatican to Russia. The

museum of the 1000th anniversary of Kazan in the National cultural center (panoramic

view of Kazan), the Kazan University, Svoboda Square, the City Town hall,

Kremlevskaya St., Park of the 1000th anniversary of Kazan. Excursion across the

territory of the memorial estate "Kazan Kremlin"

The falling Suyumbike Tower. Lady Day Cathedral. Governor's palace.

Architectural monuments.

The legendary Qol Sharif mosque constructed on archival sources as a symbol of

revival of the nation. Lunch in local cafe according to the Secrets of Tatar Cuisine

program where you will get acquainted with traditional Tatar dishes such as Tatar

noodles, Qıstıbí, Gubadiya, Vak-belish, traditional tea and etc..

4th day

Breakfast in the hotel. Trip to the Kazan’s Sport Complex. Horseback riding.

Brochettes on the way to the Swan Lake. Visit of the Swan Lake. Return to Kazan. Visit

of the aqua park "Riviera" and/or skating rink - for an additional fee – inquiry if

interested. Dinner in one of the local cafes where you will be offered dishes of the

Russian and Tatar cuisine and followed by a folklore entertainment program with ethnic

music.

Breakfast in the hotel. Excursion by bus to the Island Sviyazhsk visiting some

unique temples:

Wooden Trinity Church of the XVI century, Uspenskiy monastery, Church All

Grieving Pleasure and Nikolsky and Sergiyevsky Churches. Bus excursion in Raifa

Bogoroditsky Monastery (an architectural complex XVII - the XIX centuries), on the

route "The temple of all religions".

Visits to the Trinity Cathedral, Church of the Holy Fathers in Sinai and Raifa

Belfry, Wonder-working Georgian icon of the Mother of God and the smallest church in

Europe, the Church in the name of Vera, Nadezhda, Lyubov and their mother Sofia. The

unique lake by the monastery.

Return to Kazan. Late lunch in one of the cafes of the city. Free time. Visit of the

national shop "Bekhetle", purchase of souvenirs and gifts. Transfer to the station.

5th day.

Meeting at the Station. Transfer to the hotel. Free time.

6 day Transfer to the airport.
