Stretching doesn't enhance your range of motion. Some studies suggest that stretching destabilize muscles making it difficult to participate in a strenuous exercise like weight-lifting. Instead of stretching it would be better to participate in a exercise which gets your blood pumping.

Vegetarian diets are more nutritious than meat items #2

Eating veggies are considered healthy. But meat being rich in iron helps in energising the body and fighting infection. Some vegetarian products like lentils, beans, fortified cereals and tofu are rich in iron. But taking eggs, dairy products, etc. is a must for those participating in the exercise.
