During studying I acquired the knowledge needed to become an efficient HR

attend to details when working with tight deadlines and how to get a wealthy human

capital through strong workforce management under the HRM to get competitive

advantages through our human capital to our company according to the labor market

understanding.

In addition, my wife is a Czech national which could give me an advantage of working in

the EU zone and have easier steps regarding my work permit in any EU country as i am

considering moving to the Czech in specific and Europe in general after receiving my

MBA with concentration of HRM by mid April 2015.

First of all, i believe if there is a will, there is a way. The Will, would be manifested

through leadership techniques which can be broken down to expert power, legitimate

power and referent power which are part of my tool to influence and lead others around

me in the work environment of the organization. as for the Way, it would be your

organization as a learning organization that i can influence and be influenced in the

same time to gain and add value to work and organizational objectives that I belong to.

another point with great importance is the work diversity which is a crucial point for

innovative and critical thinking to enable me to apply and use situational leadership that

includes a bunch of dependable competencies such as initiative, practice what you

preach, proactive cooperation, influencing others which all lead o result focus endings.
