Marcus is a director of Raptor Global Corporation Ltd (RGC) and was appointed a director of Motopia in November 2014. Since his appointment to the Board, Marcus and RGC have successfully managed the Company’s capital raising activities and the Company’s current project to deploy Convert U2 Technologies' 2SQL software via the cloud. The Board welcomes Marcus as Chairman of the Company and thanks former Chairman Stephen Dale for his significant contribution as Chairman. Stephen Dale will continue to act as a NonDExecutive Director of the Company. Former Chairman Stephen Dale stated, “I was invited to become the Chairman of Motopia by shareholders following a period of instability at board level. Now a year on, I believe we have consolidated our position and now need to drive the business forward. I encourage the new Chairman to take Motopia to the next level and deliver great results to all our loyal supporters and ask shareholders to support his endeavours.
