Motor Guard Corporation is pleased to introduce innovative new additions to theircomprehensive Magna® line of automotive refinishing products – The Rocker-Block® 6” Disc Sanding Block and the The Roller-Block® Precision Wet SandingBlock.

The Rocker-Block utilizes standard 6” sanding discs, which saves time by requiring no trimming and saves money by wasting no paper. 100% of the abrasivedisc is used.

The Rocker-Block® can be used on all jobs from rough sanding filler to final finishsanding (40 to 2000 grit). The soft and pliable outer layer provides superior finishand excellent adhesion to PSA discs. This material has been proven as non-clogging, reducing sanding time and frustration. The rigid inner layer maintainsblock shape and prevents the transfer of hand marks through the paper.

The most ergonomic block on the market today, the Rocker-Block®’s unique andinnovative shape allows sanding with one hand or two and features a radius edgefor contour sanding.

The Roller-Block® utilizes a 5-1/2”x9” abrasive sheet folded into thirds, the Roller-Block® saves time by requiring no trimming and saves money by wasting nopaper. PSA paper may also be used.

Specifically designed for wet sanding applications, the Roller-Block®’s soft outerlayer retains water while providing a no-slip gripping surface for the abrasive sheet. A rigid inner layer maintains block shape and prevents thetransfer of hand marks through the paper.

The exclusive rounded sides of the block lift the folded edges of the paper away from the work surface, eliminating defects. The grip is firm andcomfortable, little hand pressure is wasted holding the paper to the pad, allowing more pressure to be put into the work. Users of the Roller-Block®

report greatly reduced hand fatigue.
