Now let’s travel to Yudanaka and Shibu Onsen. Shibu Onsen street is a very famous narrow onsen street sur-

rounded with ryokan hotels next to each other and old architecture. People stroll down the street wearing kimo-

no or yukata and traditional Japanese sandals (geta). They are walking from bath to bath, stopping in souvenir

shops or bars. I recommend you join in to be a part of this real Japanese atmosphere.

Yasuragi is a small 6-room inn with home-cooked meals and cosy interiors,

with a sauna and hot-spring baths

Yasuragi Inn’s Japanese-style rooms have tatami (woven-straw) floors, futon

beds and a flat-screen TV. Each room is air-conditioned in summer and has a

Kotatsu leg-warming table in winter. A fridge and an electric kettle are provid-

ed, and bathrooms and toilets are shared. The shared bathroom can be reserved

for private use.

around the lake, visit Itchiku Kubota kimono museum, the world famous organ muse-

um or stroll around the lake. The lake boasts an amazing view of Mount Fuji. Next

we visit one of the best onsen in Japan. Choose from 8different baths. Alone or with

friends its up to you!

Arriving at Kawaguchiko station you should try the Fuji san

curry or ice cream! Your hotel will collect you and drive

you to Villa Ensoleille . Featuring a view of Mount Fuji **

it offers cosy holiday homes located in Kawaguchiko. Free

Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property.

The individual cottages are self catering and all fitted with air

conditioning, heated flooring and a fully equipped kitchen. Kitch-

en appliances include a fridge, a microwave and IH cooking

stoves. Other facilities include a flat-screen TV and a heater. A

hot tub is provided in the private bathroom. Just a 3-minute walk

from Lake Kawaguchi. Kawaguchiko Train Station is a 12-minute

drive away. A shuttle is provided back to the station.

A visit to Oshino is a must before leaving Kawaguchiko. Visit the eight crystal clear

ponds and visit Hannoki Bayashi Shiryokan with its traditional thatched cottages. Try

a boat trip, take the ropeway or choose from a dozen other places to visit. A full itiner-

ary with maps etc is provided for you to make getting around as simple as possible.

The property offers a shuttle to nearby locations upon request, including Yudanaka

Train Station. There is a convenience store right behind the inn.

Japanese/American breakfast and a multi-course (kaiseki) dinners of Japanese special-

ities will be served at the hotel’s dining room. This is included in your package.

The park is really just a forest for the monkeys. Please be aware that the walk to the park is a little uphill, it’s a wonderful

atmospheric walk. You can meet some of the monkeys even before the entrance. They are just walking around or sitting on

the trees. Behind the entrance there are monkeys everywhere. You can get very close to them, take detail pictures or movies

and observe the real monkey life. . Now to the pool with hot spring water made by stones is where the main action happens.
