Ms Lalita Sareen has been a lifelong educator devoted to meeting
the needs of children and youth. As a principal, teacher, counsellor,
and artist, she has dedicated over half a century to creating caring
and inclusive school communities.
Providing leadership to develop holistic approaches to improve
success for everyone in the education ecosystem has been her life’s
work. As the Initiative Director of Mount Litera Zee School, she
creates an organization of excellence, applying novel concepts to
society progress, improve community health and education, and
inculcate professional excellence, making formative contributions to
the lives of thousands. She has contributed to English & Hindi
theatre and many award winning community plays. Supported the
development of sports by leading civic organizations like the Bihar
Women’s Cricket Association and the Jamshedpur Old Girls & Guys
Association. Adept in music, dance and literature, she writes for
several magazines and publications.

KABITA AGRAWAL, is a Chartered Accountant with post graduate degree in Commerce and law. Her Vision to offer
delicacies in education and create commitment with transparency in the education system inspired her to start Primary
School in the year 2004 shaping to Mount Litera Zee School Jamshedpur in the year 2013. The school is viewed as a
‘Learning resort’.
With 15 years as a change educationist has contributed for schools excellence under Tata Steel Education Excellence
Model for 11 years. Her core capabilities engages her as a QCI-NABET Assessor for School Accreditation and Integrated
Internal Auditor for Australian Organization for Quality. She was invited by the Government of Singapore to attend Global
Conference and conduct Training workshops on Learning Design and Benchmarking. Received recognitions as a lead
assessor and leadership for some best practices.
She presented her research paper on Evaluation in the Global Perspective at International Conference. She has
undertaken a programme in Finland to explore the “Finnish Phenomena in Education” and Excelling in School Leadership.
She is a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming.
