This private residence – with a deck to accommodate up to 100 guests and a view that takes your breath away – was renovated and designed to update the original home to create a completely new, high end kitchen that can accommodate the large amount of guests that this residence can take and for the owner who loves to cook.
An addition was designed for the master bedroom suite to create a luxury and sensual bathroom, with the teak in bedded bathtub, steam shower and a fireplace as well as the most needed walk in closet.
Sandberg Design created and designed the kitchen design, bath room designs, all hard surface and color pallet through out the residence – exterior as well as interior. Our firm was in charge for all coordination of purchasing and delivery and was the project manager with daily contact with all sub contractors.
