Catering Terms and Conditions
1. Confirmation of event is required 6 months in advance; $500 Non-Refundable deposit is required (on Food & Room Rental) upon confirmation. Final attendance numbers are required ten (10) working days in advance of your function; final attendance numbers may not be decreased. Billing for the group will be based on the guaranteed number or actual number, whichever is greater.
2. Children 6-12 years - 30% discount, Children 5 & under Complimentary.
3. Ten (10) days notice is required to completely cancel any catering, otherwise a charge representing 50% of the estimated value will be applied. Cancellation of an event within 24 hours of arrival will be charged 100% of the estimated food service.
4. All Food and Beverage pricing is subject to 18% Service fees (Cash bars excluded)prices are also subject to change.
5. Food, rental, service and liquor is subject to 5% GST, liquor pricing is subject to an additional 10% liquor tax.

Trickle Creek Lodge - Guest Amenities LocationNestled in the heart of the Kimberley Alpine Village, 100 feet from Kimberley Alpine Resort’s quad chair ski liftand a short cart path away from Trickle Creek Golf course; Only minutes away from Kimberley’s Platzl ~~featuring a variety of shops and restaurants. The Cranbrook Airport is 20 minutes away, Calgary and Spokaneare an easy 4-hour drive.
HotelThis premiere Resort Lodge offers 80 guest suites, including 19 studios, 41 one bedroom and 20 two bedroomunits. Guests will enjoy a view of the ski slopes or the majestic Rocky Mountains from their lodge pole pinebalcony. Our suites are 50% larger than a regular hotel room, offering separate sleeping and living areas, awork area with two phone lines, a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove,dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Each suite offers a flat screen TV, AM/FM radio, a hair blow dryer,iron and ironing board, and free WIFI. In addition, there is a year round outdoor pool and two outdoor hottubs.
