Mounted Microphone & Speaker Set Up

(Gray system

+ 3 skinny black cases

+ briefcase)

Central Unit & Speakers

Central control unit & speakers

Remove speakers from either end.

Power cord is already attached through black bag on unit. Plug into wall.

(Optional) Remove lid, with attached system inventory & manual; set aside with cases & bag.

Speakers & Poles

1. Pull out the speaker tripods from the black cases.

2. Extend the inside upper pole by loosening & tightening the central grip. (circled above) Pole is not fully raised in picture.

3. Pull up the lower pole by turning the bottom knob.

4. Insert end of pole into hole on base of speaker.

Microphones

1. Pull out microphones & poles.

2. Screw on the podium mic cast iron base (found in blue bag).

3. Floor mic pole assembles much the same as the speaker poles.

4. Central knobs (circled) control swing pole (tilt vs. length). It does get top heavy; for height, raise main pole with central grip rather than extending swing pole.

Cables

Microphones= orange tape

Speakers= silver pin

1. Attach microphone cables (orange tape on ends) to mics & central unit.

2. Insert silver pins into back of speakers (not pictured). Tug aside black bag on central unit (above right) and insert pins on opposite side (see bottom) from microphone cables where it says “Speaker Output”.

3. Each mic’s volume is controlled with the left-side slide controls. (circled)
