moving ahead the book and trainer profile
DESCRIPTION
TRANSCRIPT
What is it?
A 106 pages extremely handy book that deals with the nuances of campus to corporate transition.
This book would be very handy for professionals who have been freshly inducted into organizations as well as people who have been in the professional sphere for 2-3 years
How is it different from any other “Personality Development” book?
First and foremost it is a narrative.
It does not talk about the plain “do’s and don’ts of professional living but has used the method of story telling to bring the message out.
What is the story?
It is the story of 2 small town professionals who come down to a big city searching for professional excellence.
The book brings out the situations they face and how someone helps them overcome the difficulties, thereby subtly yet surely helping them reach their goals
Why the move to bring out a story book?
We all know the “fate” of a participant’s manual after a training program. Hardly anyone takes a look at it.
However, a story book as a reinforcing element is much more appreciated and read during leisure time by the participants, thereby making it a handy tool for learning
