• What Is It? An Employee Wellness Program is an organized program for staff to enrich their physical, mental, and occupational well-being.

• What Is The Goal? The goal of an Employee Wellness Program: To support individual behavior changes as well as policy and environmental changes that will promote good health for all staff members.
