cementitious waterproofing slurry coat. It is supplied in ready to use kit.MoyaProof WS2 provides excellent adhesion, flexibility, and durability.

STANDARDS BS 6920:Part 1:2000, BS 6920:Part 3 : 1996,ASTM C190, ASTM C348, ASTMC241, ASTM C140, BS 1881 : Part 207

USES MoyaProof WS2 is suitable for many waterproofing applications, such asswimming pools, balconies, bathrooms, wet areas, basements and as aeconomical roof waterproofing system in damp conditions where othersystems cannot be used.

SURFACE PREPARATION Surface should be clean and sound, free of dust, loose particles, grease, oil,primers from previous membrane systems or bitumen. Bitumen or primersshould be removed by shotblasting or mechanical means. Spalled concreteshould be repaired by cutting to sound concrete and patching with ReCon GP.

Special recommendations for critical areas of application:

It is recommended to use Conmix ConTape at all critical areas such asintersections, corner joints, floor/wall junctions, gaps (where there is anexpected structural / thermal movements), peripherial areas of pipelines beforethe application of waterproofing membrane to ensure better waterproofing tostructures like swimming pool, balconies, toilets, terrace slab etc... Beforefixing the Conmix ConTape, the gaps and corners should be filled and levelledwith polymer modified mortar (ReCon GP).

MIXING MoyaProof WS2 is supplied in premeasured units. Slowly add powder to theliquid and mix to a lump free smooth consistency. Do not add water or reworka stiffened mix by adding water. Mix sufficient material to use within 30-40minutes.

APPLICATION Saturate the concrete surface with clean water. Apply the first coat while thesurface is still damp with no free standing water. Apply using a short stiffbristle brush or roller at a minimum thickness of 1.0 mm per coat. Leave for2-6 hours, apply second coat in perpendicular direction to the first coat. Thesecond coat can be finished by rubbing down with a soft sponge. Spray ortrowel application is acceptable provided the mixing ratio is adjusted to achievethe right consistency. It is recommended that the application over hollowblocks or highly porous areas to be coated with minimum 3 coats at totalthickness of 3mm.

CURING MoyaProof WS2 should be protected from high wind & intense sunshine.Keep moist for 3 - 4 days after application. Protect from wind, heat and rainuntil fully cured.

GENERAL INFORMATION Shelf Life 12 months from date of production, if stored properly inoriginal unopened packing in dry conditions and away fromsunlight and scorching heat.

Packaging Part A + B = 25 kg Set.

Cleaning Clean all equipments and tools with water.

Note Stir Well Before Use.

HEALTH & SAFETY PPE’s Gloves, goggles & mask must be worn

Precautions Contact with skin, eyes, etc. must be avoided, if notmay cause irritation

Hazardous It is regarded as non-hazardous for transportation

Disposal Do not re-use bags & containers. To be disposed offas per local rules and regulations.
