SUPPLY OF L.E.D.T.V. & MINI FRIDGE under the Terms & conditions

given below: -

A- Last date of online tender purchase -15-10-2015(5 pm)

B- Last date of online bid submission -18-10-2015(5 pm)

C- Manually EMD and other tender related document should be submitted Last Date 19-10-2015 5:00 PM

D- Opening date of financial bid -20-10-2015(10:00 AM)

E- EMD (in favor of MPSTDC Ltd Bhopal) Rs. 25000/-

F- Validity of tender/Rates- 2 Years.

1. Tender Fee: Online tender fees Rs. 1,000/-+ E-tendering charge. Tender

fee is non-refundable.

2. Earnest Money Deposit: Separate Bank Draft of Rs. 25,000/- in favor of

M.P. State Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. Bhopal as EMD is

essentially required with the tender otherwise, tender will not be entertained. The EMD will be kept with us for a period of One Year.

EMD of Disqualified tenderer will be returned after 45 days from the date

of finalization of the tender.

4. Specification: Tenderers are advised to submit their tender with complete

specifications of their products along with relevant literatures and any

other information pertaining to the same.

5. Eligibility: Tenders must have following eligibility criteria for

participating in tender.

a. Company shall submit dealership certificate of the equivalent brand

for which tender is submitted.

b. Copy of PAN/VAT/Sales Tax Registration Certificate issued by

respective department shall be submitted.

6. Price Bid: The price of product is written in figures legibly. Any corrections are duly signed before submitting the tender. No correction

will be entertained after opening the Tender. Rates are required according

to the rate schedule as per Annexure-B. The rates quoted shall be inclusive of excise duty, commercial tax, octroi, VAT or any other taxes/

statutory levies.

7. Mode of submission of tenders: -

a. Envelope No. 1 (Technical Bid) shall contain: -

i. Earnest Money Deposit (Bank Draft of Rs. 25,000/-).

ii. Unconditional acceptance of MPSTDC's tender conditions in its

entirety.

b. Price Bid to be submitted online only-

c. At the stipulated time of opening, Technical bid shall be opened first. The offers from those contractors who are unable to unconditionally accept

MPSTDC's tender conditions or who fail to deposit the required EMD

8. Terms of Payment: Payment will be released from Head Office Bhopal

against satisfactory delivery of the goods at our respective destinations.

9. Warranty/Guarantee: Supply of L.E.D.-T.V. & MINI FRIDGE to be

warranted as per mentioned in the Technical Bid .

10. MPSTDC reserves the right to reject any or all tenders in part or in full

without assigning any reason or to be negotiated with any of the

tenderer(s).

11. The rates approved by M.P.T. officials against this tender will be valid

for a period of minimum 12 months and may be extended on mutual

consent for another one year.

12. MPSTDC has right to postpone the date of opening the tender or cancel it

at any point of time without assigning any reason.

13. In case of failure of delivery or refusal of the Purchase Order on the

basis of lowest rates under the terms and conditions of the tender,

Earnest Money will be forfeited.

14. Delivery Period: It is mandatory that all ordered supply of L.E.D.-T.V.

& MINI FRIDGE to be supplied within 15 days as per the Purchase Order otherwise L.D. @ 0.5 % will be imposed on weekly basis.

15. Destination: Hotels (Units)/Offices of MPSTDC, all over in Madhya

Pradesh.

16. M.P. Stores and purchase rules 17 A,B,C,D will have to be followed by

the tenderers.

Note: Any disputes arising out of this tender will fall under the jurisdiction

of the Bhopal Court only.

Ltd. Bhopal" have been sold to me/us by MPSTDC or downloaded from MPT website.

I/we hereby unconditionally accept the tender conditions of MPSTDC's tender

documents in its entirety for the work.

2) The contents of clauses of general guidelines of tender-document have been noted

where it is clarified that after unconditionally accepting the tender conditions in its

entirety, it is not permissible to put any remarks/conditions in the tender enclosed in

Cover "B" and the same has been followed in the present case. In case, this

provisions of the tender is found violated after opening of Cover "B", I/we agree that

the tender shall be rejected and MPSTDC shall without pre-judice to any other right

or remedy be at liberty to forfeit the full said earnest money absolutely.
