Nine AR Platoon OC’s must be SFC or above min 3 years PSG time who have retired within past 5-7 years One BN Fires OC must be FA CPT or MAJ with BN FSO time or 13F MSG/SGM with extensive BN FIST time Two BN TF Senior OCs must be former active duty LTC-COL maneuver BN Commander (IN or AR) who has retired within past 5-7 years. Two BN TF Senior OCs must be former active duty LTC-COL maneuver
BN Commander (IN or AR) who has retired within past 5-7 years. Prefer
those with CTC time as a BN Task Force 07.
Two BN TF S3 OCs must be former active duty IN or AR MAJ and above
with maneuver BN and or BDE S3 time. Prefer CTC experience.
One BCT S1 OC must be FA42 or have extensive BN/BDE S1 staff time.
MSG or above
One BN S1 OC must have extensive BN S1 staff time. MSG or above
One BN S4 OC must have extensive BN S4 time MSG or above
Three AR Company Senior OCs must be CSM or CPT and above who
have retired within past 5-7 years
Two AR Company 1SG/XO OCs must be 1SG or SGM who have retired
within past 5-7 years
