Mr. Morano, a University Scholar and Cum Laude Graduate of the Pennsylvania State University School of Finance (1992), has maintained a long distinguished career as a successful businessman, entrepreneur, and family man.

After quickly demonstrating an aptitude for business within the Financial Services Sector while employed with a Private Equity firm, Mr. Morano distinctly turned away from other opportunities and certain career successes on Wall Street to join Financial Dimensions, Inc. (”FDI”). With a shared vision and insight toward the valuable opportunities that developing a successful business model would present, Bill took hold of those challenges and diligently provided the benefit of his unique blend of experiences and education toward that goal.

When he first began his career in this entrepreneurial capacity as Vice President and Director of Operations, FDI was little more than an idea with a promising future. Bill saw that promise and turned it into a reality. Developing a strategy of growth, development and success by seizing on the available opportunities his particular insight afforded, FDI soon grew from a promising small tier operation providing nominal Credit Reporting and various Document Services to one that generated well over a million dollars in gross revenues by the end of his fifth year. And the success did not stop there. As President, he saw the Company and its reputation grow to service larger financial institutions on a national platform, incorporating an ever growing cache of products and services that resulted in the fulfilled promise of unforeseen revenues, annually and provided employment for over 130 devoted employees.

Bill’s ability to artfully see opportunities and employ strategies to capitalize upon them is undeniable. Keen vision, insight, awareness and execution are the hallmarks of his success. Continually striving to improve and plan for the future, Bill has also implemented cutting edge technological advances and developed internal proprietary systems to light the way, ensuring that FDI will be a successful, scalable and adaptable resource to the Financial Services industry well into the future.

Bill lives, locally in the suburbs surrounding the Pittsburgh area, often travelling with his two children for soccer tournaments and the other extra-curricular activities that family has to offer and which motivates his success.

Mr. Getsy has been in the mortgage industry for the past 23 years and FDI for the past 7 years. Mr. Getsy has an extensive background and expertise in the appraisal operations and efficiently manages his department and staff. Before coming to FDI, Mr. Getsy was the Senior Manager of the appraisal operations and vendor management for Express Financial Services. Mr. Getsy has a BS in Accounting from West Virginia University. Mr. Getsy & his wife & 2 children are all originally from the Pittsburgh area.

Kevin R. Durler is the IT Director for Financial Dimensions. Kevin comes with software engineer background with extensive experience and management skills. As a senior software engineer he is responsible for the development as well as maintenance of the vendor servicing software products used by the company to service lenders. Kevin has Bachelor’s degree in business along with an Associate’s degree in Computer Sciences from the ICM School of Business.

Ms. Moore has accumulated more than 25 years of direct mortgage servicing industry experience. Prior to joining Financial Dimensions, Inc. (“FDI”) in 2003, Ms. Moore had been retained by PNC Bank within their Mortgage Servicing Division. While employed at PNC, she had not only sharpened her keen business acumen, but also greatly expanded her already vast knowledge and experience within the Financial Services arena, to include overall Document Servicing, including Lien Release and related Document Recording specialties.

Ms. Moore has since provided her unique blend of knowledge and experience to FDI for the last eleven years in a similar capacity. As Chief Operations Officer Ms. Moore is in charge of overall Operations, Ms. Moore also heads up our Lien Release, Recording, Public Records, Document Services and Vendor Management Departments. During her trusted tenure at FDI, she has single handedly engineered creative process flows and implemented management models that have enabled FDI to continue to develop and retain our long standing client relationships, further facilitating the maintenance of our position at the forefront of the Mortgage Servicing Industry.

Mr. Courtney has worked in the accounting field for 15 years and has been with FDI since May 2013. Mr. Courtney has a vast knowledge of the GAAP Principles, Specializing in Financial Analysis and Reporting. Prior to working at Financial Dimensions Mr. Courtney spent 10 years working in the Hospitality industry for hotels such as Hilton Garden Inn and Wyndham Resorts. Mr. Courtney has a MBA in Accounting from Western Governors University.

Mr. Krol has over the 25 years of experience in the title and settlement industry. Prior to joining Financial Dimensions, Inc. Mr. Krol gained valuable industry experience while at ServiceLink, First American Title Insurance Company, Lawyer’s Commonwealth Title and Stewart Title. His background encompasses both Originations (residential and commercial) along with Default lines of business. He is currently a member of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association, the Mortgage Bankers Association, American Land Title Association and the Realtors Association of Pittsburgh Metropolitan and is a licensed title agent in over 20 states. Mr. Krol received his education at Penn State University in Pre-Law/Business.

Mr. Willsher Graduated with Honors from San Carlos High School then attended CSM in California where he began his graduate work in business and real estate in 1979. Prior to establishing his presence in the valuation landscape Mr. Willsher was drafted in the 1st round by the Baltimore Orioles in 1981. The following years in professional baseball helped Mr. Willsher develop his confident approach in establishing rapport with current relationships and engaging new dialogue with potential clients. Mr. Willsher is recognized as a distinguished certified appraiser with extensive knowledge and considered an expert in the appraisal and appraisal management industry.

Mr. Willsher opened his own Appraisal Fee shop www.cndappraisals.com in 1989 in San Carlos California. Mr. Willsher’ company enjoyed rapid organic growth due to his reputation and commitment to quality, service, and communication. CND Appraisals was the largest Fee Shop in California, and Western States. CND Appraisal and Review was voted “Best in the West” by PHH, Morgan Stanley, Charles Schwab, and other industry leaders. Chris then opened a second branch of CND Appraisal and Review in Roseville Ca in 2006. Mr. Willsher’ seasoned approach with 25 + years of experience and networking capability are vital in facilitating collaborative partnerships. He is adaptive to change, willing to learn new skills and share his knowledge to the benefit of his team members and strengthen client relationships... Mr. Willsher has coordinated and implemented brand awareness while accelerating growth possibilities.

Mr. Willsher is instrumental in creating a streamline approach to improve company identity, brand awareness, website content and presence, product and price point recognition, establishing elevated customer service level guidelines, and assist company in becoming more competitive with a focus on strategic customer acquisitions while defining relationship responsibilities. Mr. Willsher is an established speaker and industry advocate and attends various industry events (MBA, NAMP, CAMP, NAREA.

Michelle M Martino is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Financial Dimensions, Inc. A 25-year veteran in the industry that prides itself on boutique service with powerful technology their nationwide coverage offers a full menu of lending service products; credit, flood, valuations, AMC, title, e-closings, recording to name a few.

Michelle has joined Financial Dimensions, Inc. in August 2016 to pioneer the expansion in the Midwest as well as Nationwide. Prior to Financial Dimensions, Inc. Michelle spent many years in upper management at other nationwide AMC’s, at InHouse USA she held the title of Vice President of Sales working with the second largest lender in Illinois. There she developed and pioneered the builder project product. Offering the developers, originators a valuation consult throughout the process as well as setting up a panel of appraisers to bridge the communication. She has also held the title of Chief Appraiser as well as Vice President Client/Appraiser Relations at ACT Appraisals, Inc.

Her professional standards to truly partner with her clients and motivation has led her to succeed in the real estate industry for the past 30 years. Her full array of knowledge in sales in the national corporate AMC space blended with being a Certified FHA appraiser for two states as well as a Realtor with accreditations as a CPM & ARM as well as memberships to various industry associations bring a unique perspective to the appraisal management sales staff. “Exceeding our client’s expectations is my daily goal”

Eric Haulotte comes to FDI with 12 + years experience in business development, client relationship management, operations management and team management in the technology arenas. His work spans companies and business units at various stages of growth, and industries, including start-up, established, and turnaround settings.

Eric is a former business owner whose clientele consisted of fortune 500 companies. With the sale of the company in 2014, this allowed Eric to enter the Real Estate Appraisal Industry. With his background in technology, sales and operations, Eric brought his experience and in two years repositioned the company by restructuring the sales and operations departments. During that time sales grew 20% and operations saw its best service levels in years. The companies bottom line also decreased by 10%.

Eric holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Working with such high profile customers, Eric brings a comprehensive understanding on what is acceptable customer service and strives to meet or exceed those levels. His “Hands On”, approach when working to solve customers concerns are an asset that he will bring to the FDI team.
