Section 8 Approval Summary List Your Unit
Find qualified tenant. Complete the Request for Tenancy Approval
(RTA) forms. Schedule Unit Inspection. Both parties sign lease and submit to
Section 8 office for approval. Collect Security Deposit.
Upon lease approval, wait for first rent check!!!
Make sure Utilities are in tenant’s name before giving keys.
