OverviewThe complex world of multiple sclerosis (MS) is enriched every day bynew immunological discoveries, innovative diagnostic tools, newtreatments with new mechanisms of action. So, there is a need forcontinuous education in this field from basic science to treatmentgoals. This advanced course offers an updated and comprehensiveoverview of all the main debate topics in MS. A panel of internationalspeakers in the field will share their opinions and expertise withparticipants also by discussing challenging clinical cases.

Learning objectivesBy attending this live educational course, participants will be able to:

• Illustrate the immunological factors involved in the pathogenesisof multiple sclerosis and pathological findings.

• Integrate clinical, radiological and neurophysiological data tocorroborate MS diagnosis

• Incorporate information regarding prognostic factors and therisks/benefit profile of currently available and new drugs formultiple sclerosis into treatment decisions.
