The Masters in Human Resource Management (HRM) atCardiff Metropolitan University is a new programme which is designed to provide a solid foundation for successful participants to develop or enhance their careers in HRM.

Course Length1 year full time (2-3 years part-time).

Entry RequirementsAll students should hold a relevant first degreeor equivalent, at Second class or above, that willneed to be evidenced and verified and for whichreferences will be sought. Whilst experience isnot essential it is desirable.

Students whose first language is other thanEnglish will need to provide evidence of fluencyto at least IELTS 6.0or equivalent.

How is the programme structured?

The MSc will be awarded on successful completion of 180 credits. The details of the modules,and the relevant credits, are as follows (full-time option shown):
