Detention Facility Coordinator 01/1997 – 01/2002

Personally selected by the Chief Executive Officer to reinstitute a defunct confinement facility. Created all executive and operational policies, procedures, standards, emergency reaction guides and

action response and administrative, medical and mental documentation. Developed a holistic training curriculum for all personnel to complete before allowing employees to

through newly designed electronic form documentation, of my own design. Daily electronic documentation, operational policies and standards, and emergency checklists were

quickly adopted by both military and key civilian confinement facilities nationwide.

World Missions Duty Supervisor 06/1996 – 01/2006

Responsible for ten separate deployments of 12 man and 44 man teams to the Iraq Area of Operations.

Directly responsible for providing asset management of over 6 million dollars of resources for personnel, to engage in daily operations.

Directly responsible for recovering an additional 2 million in lost assets for the federal government. Conducted 24 million dollar funds and cash escorts into Iraq, with zero losses. Provided information management, maintenance and computer support to 50 computer work stations,

48 telephone connections, media servers, and network backbone configurations.

Section Manager 03/1990 - 05/2006

Responsible for the overall supervision and management of a 27-person security forces department. Directed and managed all department documentation and oversite of all training and upgrade

development of supervisors and employees. Creates daily documentation for duty and vacation schedules, authorizes all authentication entry

procedures, and inspects and edits all generated daily documentation. Ultimately responsible for command, control and communications for any and all emergency type

and disaster response situations occurring within and outside the environment of the installation. Conducts, writes and edits all employee performance reports, awards, disciplinary actions and

prepares personnel for daily duty activities.

United States Air Force Police Officer 10/1986 – 05/2006

Provided traffic control and management of roads both on/off installations to ensure safe driving practices of commuters.

Operates Doppler radar for the purpose of traffic management and issued citations of unsafe driving habits.

Responded to security incidents, emergencies and disasters taking immediate actions to cordon off areas, administer first-aid, direct traffic, and secure crime scenes.
