Way of work: 1- At first stage, architecture ideas can be find with a look at over 30 house on: http://www.davinci-haus.de/ http://architizer.com/firms/milstone-sarl/ 200 houses models we provide upon request We also invite you by DH headquarters in Germany to visit 3 sample houses at one place, see the production plant and evaluate your construction project. Our customers are invited to spend a night in one of the show houses. Based on your requirements we draft and provide the indicative layout, prices and execution timing. 2- If it suit your plan and to define the final offer, we run a planning study with an architect and provide within 4 weeks: - the detailed house drawings in 2D - On demand a 3D and video simulation of the project - the final budget and execution timing. 3- If the house in contracted, the modules are prefabricated in DH manufacture and send to the building site where the DH workers perform the full construction according to defined layout, equipment, prices and timing.
