Qualification • The survey instrument was over 30 questions.

• There were three indices: breadth of service, size of deal, and quality of service.

• Weightings were not divulged. Size of deal is a factor, but the other two factors are more heavily weighted.

• There is a bias toward complexity and longer term programs in the rankings. To qualify, you must have a minimum of 10 surveys from 7 different clients to be considered.

• Every survey respondent receives a confirmation email informing

them that their email address was used to complete a survey.
