My Student Universe
• University and businesses servicing the student are our customer/source ofrevenue, student is user.
• User defined preferences based on University (customer) defined optionsdrives site access e.g.
• Course, preferred language, service needs, postcode, sports / interests and range of externalsites
• Optional translation engine (similar to Google)
• User behaviour information is generated for University use and to attractadvertisers
• Security: range of levels depending on data requirements and course etc.Defined by University.
• Intelligent search engine – with learning capability across individuals andsimilar groups.
• Web sites: defined by University – an aggregation of internal web sites, withspecific external sites (facebook, paypal etc). Defined by Uni on course /demographic need.
• Mentoring access through faculty sites or direct via facebook etc

Commercial overview
• MSU is an aggregation and intelligent search portal enabling aUniversity (or business) to provide a high value single interface tostudents (or customers).
• Many organisations have multiple websites, often requiring multipleaccess points (if known by users).
• MSU provides the capability of aggregating internal and selectedexternal sites without compromising security – providing targetedinformation based on both user defined preferences and intelligentsearch capabilities, in the users language if required.
• Data capture enables aggregated on-sell to advertisers andfeedback to faculties/ business development managers
• Forms and grows a knowledge base of possible interest to usersoutside of universities - extension of the market.

Problem :
• Too many services are available;Difficult to good discover and manage these atomic accounts & services.
• Many of these services are obscure and require re-registring and maintaining my account
Solution :
• Crowd-sourced knowledge and filtration/discovery of services that better suit the user's (students)situation. This results in situation(& background) aware solutions being provided to the user.

The Customers :B2B :-
- Service Providers (eg: Universities, Recruitment Agencies, Deals Providers, etc)
- Real Estate Agents for student accommodation
B2C :-- Students :
Provide Solutions to their problems by offering "intelligently" chosen solutions provided by our partners.These customers invest their knowledge and content into the system (which can be income generating).These users pay for the solutions provided in a virtual world, in monetary form or in "virtual cash" earned through
the system.
- Educators / Solution Providers (Individuals)
Provide their "opinion solutions" on the problems faced by students. These users are "intelligently"
match-maked to problems to be solved based on the user's interest metrics. Solutions can be delivered in
various forms including Google Hangout/Skype calls. Services rendered will be scored and charged
accordingly.

Income :B2B :- Services will be charged according to contract.B2C :- All value exchanged will be valued (including meaningful interaction with services).
All monetary transactions will be "taxed" by MSU.
