Beginning in 2017, this seven month intensive study links the ancient traditions and history of yoga with the wisdom and grace of energetics. Shakti Revealed is a unique, one-of-a-kind yoga teacher training geared for yoga practitioners looking to deepen their practice. Embark upon the teacher training track (which will certify you to teach yoga) or the immersion track (which will deepen your study and practice). This training is accessible for anyone interested in the practice of yoga and is Yoga Allicance Certified.

In this seven-month training you will:

✾ Learn the core tenets of yoga including asana, sequencing, chanting, mantra, mudra, theming and the various styles of yoga

✾ Embody the devotional aspects of yoga rooted in the tradition of Bhakti ✾ Study ancient texts and philosophy including Pantanjali’s Yoga Sutras, The

Bhagavad Gita, The Radiance Sutras and others ✾ Develop an understanding of the energetic body as a critical,

transformative component to the asana practice ✾ Learn key tenants of human anatomy and how it translates to yoga asana ✾ Prepare to teach yoga to a wide range of audiences ✾ Practice and learn a wide range of yoga styles including vinyasa,

restorative, Yin, Yoga Nidra and more ✾ Understand yoga ethics as well as the business and marketing of yoga ✾ Connect with community and find your voice
