i) Open the Microsoft Powerpointii) Go to “Insert” section.iii) Then, click “SmartArt”iv) Look at the type and list they givenv) Finaaly you click “OK” and it will appear.

b) Chartsi) Open the Microsoft Powerpointii) Go to “Insert” section.iii) Then, click “Chart”iv) Choose the charts you want and depend what it need.

2) How to Running Presentation.- You can click at keyboard by pressing “F5” to running the presentation

You can do any presentation by using the Powerpoint at home, school and office.
