Glass clothGlass cloth laminated with aluminum foil is required for thermo-stable materials for finishing work, vertical curtains for fireproof materials for electromagnetic proof, and shipbuilding business field.

Using the application of its characteristics, such as, high-tensile strength, measure stability, and electrical insulation, various adhesive tapes and Drybit

for crack prevention are produced with the material.

For replacement of asbestos fabric, glass fabric coated with fireproof resin is manufactured for canvas.

For various purposes, fireproof and fire-resistant materials are produced with proper resin, for example, polyurethane, P.V.C, silicone, rubber, and Teflon resin.

    Prepreg

clothAfter the heating process for surface treatment of glass fabric, we manufacture semi-hardened materials called "prepreg" with proper resin such as epoxy, phenolic, and unsaturated polyester.

The application is going to be for fishing rods, arrowheads, and it is also applicable for industrial use.

Carbon FabricIn comparison of glass cloth, carbon fabric carries absolutely high strength,

high elasticity, and high thermo-stable characteristics in the current composite market. It also broadly used in industrial field by using its functional property. Specific use : Carbon fabric also can be produced prepreg

type and even if it is definitely stronger than steel, it is lighter than general F.R.P. Currently, it is widely applied in the aerospace business field and also it is used for industrial, constructional and sports leisure business field.

"Prepreg" refers to Pre-impregnated Materials, intermediate composite raw materials in sheet form made of matrix materials impregnated in reinforcing fiber.

The reinforcing fiber mainly used for Prepreg

    includes carbon, glass or aramid

fiber while the matrix usually includes epoxy, polyester and other thermoplastic resins.

    Prepreg

is applied to a wide variety of products depending on the types

of fiber, its layout and the matrix material used.

    Prepreg

can enhance various properties of its composite materials, including strength, stiffness, corrosion, wear and impact resistance, and reduced fatigue and weight compared to other materials. Therefore, it is widely applied to aerospace, general

manufacturing, the sport or leisure equipment industry etc.
