Implement preventative measures which may be identified. MUI ReportingABUSE, NEGLECT, MISAPPROPRIATION, EXPLOITATION, AND SUSPICIOUS DEATH must be reported w/in 4 hours of the incident! All others 24hrs w/in the incident.
