Mul10 ProSafe®

Mul10metal’s patented safety anchor is the smart solution

when you need to install fall protection on felt and foil

roofs. The safety anchor acts as the anchoring point for

fall protection. It is centrally mounted and equipped with

an integrated felt flange which ensures a fast and tight

installation.

Mul10 ProSafe® is a professional anchor system for

personal safety on felt and foil roofs.

WarrantyWe follow the applicable rules pursuant to the warranty,

cf. AB 92. In addition to the general 5 year product

warranty, the Mul10 ProSafe® safety anchor follows the

applicable roofing felt manufacturer’s warranty (typically

Thoroughly tested productThe Mul10 ProSafe® Safety anchor has been tested in accordance with the applicable

standard EN 795:2012 as well as CEN/TS 16415:2013 which simulates falls of

several persons at the same time.

Simple and fast installationThe Mul10 ProSafe® safety anchor is composed of a few individual components and

is equipped with an integrated felt flange, which ensures a quick, simple and tight

installation. The roof and insulation should not be cut open, but only drilled through a

single time.

which offers a great flexibility as well as less assembly work.

Patented Safety anchorThe Mul10 ProSafe® safety anchor is a Danish produced

quality product which has a direct mechanical attachment

to the roof structure from under the insulating layer and

up to the mounted Mul10 ProSafe® bracket.

The Mul10 ProSafe® safety anchor is thus, in the way,

always kept on top of the roofing felt, without sinking

down into the construction. This avoids sinking around

the safety anchor and the consequent risk of water

intrusion.

The Mul10 ProSafe® safety anchor’s under felt has a 100

mm overlay relative to the base plate and the top felt has

100 mm in relation to the under felt, in accordance with

the Felt Roofing Industry Information Council (TOR) and

felt and foil roofs. The permanently mounted glider allows for an extra

quick hooking up time. The glider makes it possible to walk around on the

roof without having to connect oneself off and on during operation.

Packed in boxes

The safety anchors are packed in boxes with complete

assembly kits for both hot and cold roof - for concrete,

steel and plywood. The safety anchor is located in

the bottom of the box so that the roofing felt remains

flat. That is why the product now lends itself in an

optimal way to have standing in inventory. In each box

cutting templates, an installation guide and forms for

documentation/quality assurance are also included.

form of a waterproof bag with harness, lanyard strap with

Registered Mul10 ProSafe® Installer:

In order to obtain a warranty on Mul10 ProSafe® products, the installation may only be performed by registered Mul10

ProSafe® Installers who have completed the training/course at Mul10Metal A/S.

After completing the course at Mul10Metal A/S, the registered installer is allowed to install all of the Mul10 ProSafe®

products, and to carry out quality control and the annual inspections.

General terms of sale and delivery for Mul10 Metal A/S1. APPLICATION

These general terms of sale and delivery are valid for all deliveries from Mul10 Metal, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. OFFERS & ORDER CONCLUSION

Unless otherwise agreed, every offer is non-binding and the Supplier’s confirmation is reserved. Delivery shall be made in accordance with the Supplier’s confirmation of the order and includes all of the specifics listed within the order confirmation. Any delivery time shall be calculated from the time when the written order confirmation is delivered. Upon any exceeding of the delivery terms the Buyer is not entitled to compensation.

3. DELIVERY

Unless otherwise agreed delivery is ex works, which is why shipping is at the Buyer’s expense and risk. Free delivery in Denmark for purchases of exceeding DKK 4,000.00, excl. vat.

4. FORCE MAJEURE

In the case of intrusive disturbances which prevent or substantially restrict the execution of the order or the transport to the place of delivery, such as a strike or lockout, by delay outside the Supplier’s control of supplies of materials, or because of the lack of qualified labour, and in case of war, blockade, unforeseeable collapse in the production plant, the delivery will be postponed, without liability for the Supplier, by a period of time corresponding to the nature of the delay. The Buyer cannot claim compensation of any kind for operating losses or the like, as the delay does not entitle the Buyer to cancel the purchase.

5. PRICE & PAYMENT

If an order or a part thereof, confirmed for a delivery later than 2 months from the date of the confirmation, the Supplier reserves itself the right to charge the day of delivery cost if this would be higher.

Unless otherwise agreed, the payment terms are 14 days net. Late payments will be subject to interest, calculated at 2% per new month.

The Supplier reserves the right to change the payment terms agreed upon, if there is reason to suspect a weakening of the Buyer’s ability to pay.

Any delay in payment gives the Supplier the right to suspend further supply and, in addition, to free themselves of any of the agreed commitments under the contractual relationship with the Buyer. Any counterclaim, for example, arising from complaints regarding the delivered goods shall not entitle the Buyer to withhold any part of the payment.

6. LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS

Upon delivery the Buyer must immediately perform an inspection of the goods sold as per proper business procedures.

If the Buyer wants to claim a defect, the Buyer shall, within 8 days after the defect is or should have been discovered, notify the Supplier accordingly and state the nature of the defect.

If the Buyer has discovered or should have discovered the defect, and he has not complained as indicated, he cannot claim the defect later. This must be done before the goods are taken into use. In the event of errors or defects Mul10 Metal A/S shall be entitled and obliged to remedy these by pursuing Mul10 Metal’s choice to either repair or replace. However, any liability for goods supplied lapses 5 years after delivery of the goods.

Beyond the above, Mul10 Metal bears no liability for defects. This applies to any loss the defect may cause, including operating losses, loss of profits and other indirect losses and costs.

7. CANCELLATION & RETURNS

Cancellation or amendment of an order shall only be accepted if production, according to the Supplier’s discretion, has not too far advanced. Any amendment is only valid after that written confirmation exists thereof. Goods returns are only received upon prior arrangement and with reference to the delivery note or invoice. The goods should be unused and free of defects.

Custom manufactured products cannot be returned. By default approved goods shall be credited with a deduction of 20% of the purchase price, excl. vat.

8. PRODUCT LIABILITY

The Buyer shall indemnify and hold the Supplier harmless to the extent that the Supplier incurs liability toward a third party for such damage and such loss which the Supplier, according to the second and third paragraph of this section is not responsible for towards the Buyer.

The Supplier is not liable for damage caused by the use of the goods:

a) to real or personal property, occurring while the goods are in the possession of the Buyer,

b) to products manufactured by the Buyer or to products in which these are included, or for damage to real or or personal property which these products cause as a result of the goods. In no case is the Supplier liable for loss of production, loss of profit or any other consequential economic loss.

The above limitations in the Supplier’s liability don’t apply if they have been guilty of gross negligence.

If a third party makes a claim against either Party for liabilities, subject to this clause, that Party shall immediately inform the other Party. The Buyer and the Supplier are mutually obliged to let themselves be summoned by the court or arbitration tribunal, which examines claims that are raised against one of them on the basis of damages or a loss allegedly caused by the goods. The interrelationship between the Buyer and the Supplier shall, however, always be settled by arbitration, in accordance with the legislation on arbitration set forth in the Supplier’s country.
