1. Introduction to MAM Multi Account Manager (MAM) is designed to provide theprofessional trader the essential integrated software tools to quicklyand conveniently allocate and manage funds under master accountarrangement in live trading conditions.MAM supports 7 allocation methods. Allocations by Volume: - Lot Allocation - Percent Allocation - Proportional by Balance Allocation - Proportional by Equity Allocation - Equity Percent Allocation Allocations by P/L: - Percent Allocation by P/L - Proportional Allocation by P/L They can be used by the discretionary or automated systems trader. This Help manual will form the ongoing core knowledge base of the software system.

2. Installation MAM is supplied as a zip file. Simply double click to unpack and then click the setup.exe file and it will install into its default directory.New installations require the PC to be restarted, an upgrade doesnot.

3. Main Screen – Accounts By default the software opens to the main screen titled "Accounts". All active operations are performed in this screen and the otherscreens in the program are monitoring or reporting functions and need no active inputs. Default Accounts Window Overview 1. Market Watch Window 2. Master & Sub Account Details

3. Allocation Method 4. Allocation input parameters 5. Manual transaction 6. Summary 7. Sub menu Tabs Sub Accounts All accounts allocated to the MAM are done so via the broker, onceestablished, additional accounts may also be added by your broker via the metamanager software, all are shown in the main accountswindow either with clients names or as account numbers only. In some instances a fund may not wish the trader to see the account names. To allow for flexibility Sub accounts are not automatically added to the master account for trading. MAM users must select the subaccount to be traded and added to the master account by clicking the active box, a tick appears if correctly activated and the balance has been added to the master account.

Master Account The master account exists to coordinate activities between the sub accounts and the MT terminal and to give the trader a centralized single point on which to control the allocation methods. The master account displays in the accounts screen main window and displays the balance of the activated sub accounts. Market Watch The market watch window displays the current bid & ask prices from the Brokers terminal server & is the same as that displayed in the MT trading terminal.

Procedures (Order Execution) The order execution pane provides a method within IVIAIVI that discretionary traders may execute orders directly without using MT terminal. Summary Screen The summary pane displays lots activated in the master account, that is those subaccounts that are displaying a tick in the active box. In the example on the left the Master account has one active sub account which gives the master account a balance of $100,000 which is the sum of the one

active account. Lots refers to the total number of lots active in the master account from the subaccounts active.

4. Main Screen - Allocation Screens At the heart of MAM is the ability for the trader or Managed Funds Manager to allocate the trades by individual sub account lots, percentage, proportional or equity percent allocation to suit the overall structure to their trading or fund management style. Alongside the allocation method is the allocation parameters for quick and efficient implementation. Whatever allocation method you use, you must ensure the subaccounts that you wish to use for your next trade or for your days trading are checked ( xl) in the active box alongside its account details so as to be connected to the master account. This allows flexibility of control of all accounts to be traded or not at any given time.

Lot Allocation Method Lot allocation is the simplest method and the one most common to traders everyday use. Simply decide position sizing according to the trade plan and allocate according to desired method using the allocation parameters tools for Individual sub account lot size or instant group application.

Execute Order Discretionary traders may then execute trade through MT terminal or IVIAIVI execution window, stop loss, profit targets and pending orders are also able to be set prior to trade execution. Using IVIAIVI the total lots are automatically calculated off the sub account order lot allocation.

Percentage Allocation Percentage allocation is used when the user requires allocating to sub accounts on a percentage basis. Sub accounts can be quickly allocated on a group or individual basis from the default accounts window previously described. Checklist before applying trade 1) Add sub accounts to Master Account

Proportional by Balance Allocation The Proportional by Balance Allocation formula is as follows

Where: L - Number of lots opened at master account, N - number of subaccounts. V, - Number of lots allocated to 1 subaccount, B, - Balance of this subaccount, Example: 3 sub accounts with balances as follows (1st) 25,000 (2nd) 32,000 (3rd) 10,000 and we shall assume 10 lots to be opened 1st allocation = 10 * 25k /67k = 3.7 Lots 2"d allocation = 10 * 32k /67k = 4.8 Lots 3'd allocation = 10 * 10k / 67k = 1.50 Lots Total available for allocation is 10 lots Important note - Allocation of lots are completed at the time of order execution to ensure even distribution of part lots from master account. Checklist before applying trade 1) Add sub accounts to Master Account 2) Select "Pr0p0rtl0naI by Balance AIIOcatl0n" button 3) Confirm details in summary window 4) Execute Order Discretionary traders may then execute trade through MT terminal or IVIAIVI execution window, stop loss, profit targets and pending orders are also able to be set prior to trade execution. Proportional by Equity Allocation The Proportional by Equity Allocation formula is as follows **[Need 2ndbig math formula from original doc here]

Where: L - Number of lots opened at master account, N - number of subaccounts. V, - Number of lots allocated to 1 subaccount, B, - Equity of i" subaccount, Example: 3 sub accounts with equity as follows (1*) 25,000 (2"*’) 32,000 (3rd) 10,000 and we shall assume 10 lots to be opened 1st allocation = 10 * 25k /67k = 3.7 Lots 2"d allocation = 10 * 32k /67k = 4.8 Lots 3'd allocation = 10 * 10k / 67k = 1.50 Lots Total available for allocation is 10 lots Important note - Allocation of lots are completed at the time of order execution to ensure even distribution of part lots from master account. 4) Execute Order

Discretionary traders may then execute trade through MT terminal or IVIAIVI execution window, stop loss, profit targets and pending orders are also able to be set prior to trade execution. Equity Percent Allocation Equity Percentage allocation is used when the user requires allocating to sub accounts on a percentage basis of each individual sub account. The idea of this allocation method is to make it possible to define the risk for each individual sub account. For example, you may set risk percentage of the sub account 630203 to 30%. It means that only 30% of the sub account margin will be traded at any time. The volume traded on the master account is calculated as a sum of volumes of the sub accounts.

Checklist before applying trade 1) Add sub accounts to Master Account 2) Select "Equity Percent AIIOcati0n" button 3) Apply individual or group Percentage values. Those values define the Risk Factor for each of the sub accounts. Click the subaccount percentage window in sub accounts and then allocate the required percentage in the parameters window. 5) Confirm details in summary window Discretionary traders may then execute trade through MT terminal or IVIAIVI execution window, stop loss, profit targets and pending orders are also able to be set prior to trade execution. Percent Allocation By P/L This is one of the two allocation methods by profit/loss. The allocation by P/L is made without opening positions on the subaccounts. But when the master position is closed the allocation to the sub accounts is made with deposit/withdrawal transaction. The allocation methods by P/L are more precise in general. Their precision is always one cent regardless of the minimal volume settings. These methods are also working differently with the allocation parameters. The allocation parameters are read and allocations are calculated when the trade is closed on the master account. Percent Allocation By P/L is used when the user requires allocating to sub accounts on a percentage basis. Sub accounts can be quickly allocated on a group or individual basis from the default accounts window previously described. Checklist before opening trade 1) Select "Percent Allocation By P/L" button 2) Execute Order Discretionary traders may then execute trade through MT terminal or IVIAIVI execution window, stop loss, profit targets and pending orders are also able to be set prior to trade execution. Checklist before closing trade 1) Add sub accounts to Master Account 2) Apply individual or group Percentage values. Click the subaccount percentage window in sub accounts and then allocate the required percentage in the parameters window, Use apply to whole group if you wish it to apply to whole group 3) Confirm details in summary window 4) Close Trade on the master account Discretionary traders may then execute trade through MT terminal or IVIAIVI execution window, stop loss, profit targets and pending orders are also able to be set prior to trade execution. Proportional Allocation By P/L This is one of the two allocation methods by profit/loss. The allocation by P/L is made without opening positions on the subaccounts. But when the master position is closed the allocation to the sub accounts is made with deposit/withdrawal transaction. Proportional Allocation By P/L is used when the user requires allocating to sub accounts proportionally to their balances (see Proportional by Balance Allocation for more details). Sub

accounts can be quickly allocated on a group or individual basis from the default accounts window previously described. Checklist before opening trade 1) Select "Proportional Allocation By P/L" button 2) Execute Order Discretionary traders may then execute trade through MT terminal or IVIAIVI execution window, stop loss, profit targets and pending orders are also able to be set prior to trade execution.
