Internet data collection is an alternative for self-enumeration. The objective are decreasing coverage error, providing a way to get at hard-to-enumerate households.

Web-based Data Entry is designed for self-enumeration

on Internet that the respondent can be accessed. NSO isfirstly provided for 2010 Population and Housing Censusthat would be convenience mode to the respondent tocomplete the questionnaire within the schedule time frame. The internet target is user- friendly reliable, unbiased andconfidential.

NSO is also planed for the firstly use of Computer AssistedTelephone Interviewing (CATI) technique that the interviewerfrom Telephone Interview Center (TIC) reads the questiondeveloped on the computer screen and records the respondent'sanswers directly into the Web-based Data Entry.
