Why not PPP or Multi-Sectoral Partnerships? MSPs are unique! The partners are “stakeholders”! They have a stake or an interest in the issue
area that the partnership is addressing; They are influenced by any decisions in the
issue area; They can also influence decisions in the issue
area! They represent a “coalition of the concerned”!
