2nd Penang International Multidisciplinary Conference 2021
(2nd PIMC 2021)
Bismillahirrahmanirahim.
Assalammualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh and Salam
Sejahtera.
On behalf of GAE, it is my great pleasure to welcome all the
delegates to 2nd Penang International Multidisciplinary
Conference 2021 (2nd PIMC 2021).
The conference supposedly will be held at Penang, however due to
Covid-19 pandemic, we have changed the way we work, learn and
interact according to new social norms which has led to more
virtual engagements both professionally and personally. Now you
can present your paper from the comfort of your home. Just send
us your 10-15 minutes pre-recorded video presentation and slide. The video will be posted in GAE YouTube
channel and Facebook page on the conference day. It saves time, money and more importantly, we stay safe.

My profound thanks go to the whole team for the impressive work they have done. Nothing would be possible
without the excellent work of a very hard-working team, particularly Mrs Norhaslinda, Ms Zafira and Ms
Atikah, whose have put together and engaging programme. Additionally, I would like to warmly thank all
the authors who, with their presentations, generously contributed to the lively exchange of knowledge and
information that is so vital to the endurance of virtual Conference of this kind.

Keynote Speaker
Greetings!
On behalf of the organiser, it is my great pleasure to welcome all the
participants to 2nd Penang International Multidisciplinary Conference
(PIMC), Penang, 23-24 January 2021.The conference is a channel to deliver
and discuss various contemporary academic issues and also to share
knowledge of solution. I wish you all a successful conference.
Currently, the world is under the Covid-19 pandemic. The number of deaths
across the world increased to millions. The severity of the crisis is driven by
its highly contagious, that is, one patient can infect many people. The
syndromes of COVID-19 include cold, fever, dry cough, myalgia, fatigue,
pneumonia, anorexia, diarrhoea, arrhythmia and septic shock, which are
mostly flu-like symptoms, primarily caused by weather and environment-
related factors. To contain the spread of the disease, governments across the world are taking measures such
as regulating people's mobility, downsizing or stopping international travel, lockdowns and so forth. Such
measures have restricted economic activities and changed the norm of life.
Now, the online conference becomes the norm and conventional conference. You can prepare and present
paper from a safe and comfortable venue. The presentation is done by sending a video presentation and slide.
The video will be posted in websites. It is very efficient and more importantly, it is safe, avoiding travel,
which can be a very high risk of COVID-19.
Dear participants, this conference provides a significant channel for delivering and exchange of scholarly
ideas. I congratulate you for your commitment and participation and wish you all the success.

contributed to the lively exchange of knowledge and information that is so vital to the conference.
