2. SaturdaysAlmost every Saturday since I can remember my mom and I have spentthat day together. I would wake up around 8 or 9 and she would already be inthe living room in her pajamas watching TV. I would walk down the hall to herdragging my feet, still not quite awake yet. It was like clockwork every Saturdaymorning; she would look at me with a grin and say can you get me your dirtyclothes please. I would groan and give her the, do I really have to right nowlook. Before I could even get out any words she could read my face andwould say, it wont take you but a minute. After I would get my clothes in thelaundry room, which in all reality never took more than 5 minutes, we wouldboth start to take our showers and get ready. We usually had errands to run orjust wanted to have some retail therapy. My mom is my favorite person to goshopping with, not because she buys me things but because we have so muchfun just hanging out. When we go out in public together, I swear we turn intocomedians. For some reason, everything is funnier than normal, our minds arealways in the gutter, and we are cutting up the entire time. It gets especiallybad if we have to go to Wal-Mart for something, weve been known to dance inthe aisles and act like complete idiots. I dont know where it comes from but itsone of my all time favorite things that we do together. 3. Dear Mom, You are my biggest role model. There isnt a daythat goes by that you havent shown me how to be thebest person that I can be. You have always provided mewith the perfect example of how a mom should be. Istrive, everyday to be just like you for in my eyes you theray of sunshine are the closest thing to perfection. Neverhave you ever left my side when I needed you. You havebeen my shoulder to cry on and my partner in crime. Icant begin to count all the days you missed work orother priorities to stay home with me; whether I was sick,just wanted some mommy time or whatever, it nevermattered to you. I thank God everyday for blessing mewith a mommy like you and I feel truly honored that hechose me to be your only daughter. Love Taylor 5.
