CONSTRUCTIONManufactured using premium high-tensile steel, MULTILIFT offers considerable weight savings without compromising strength or durability. Single steel castings are strategically placed throughout the system, reinforcing areas regularly subjected to high-stress.

Base Package includes: hooklift, mounting kit, tank, valves, JIC hoses/fittings and electric over hydraulic cab controls.

FLOAT FUNCTION

Standard on the XR14S - XR30S, Friction Relief reduces operating noise levels, vibration and friction caused by horizontal movement between the hooklift and body.

PAINTStructural parts are prepped (blasted), primed with a zinc primer and finished with a high quality top coat (black). The paint process happens at the component phase, so nothing gets missed.

TESTINGEvery new MULTILIFT design must undergo an extensive series of punishing laboratory tests, simulations and “real world” in-field trials (over 20,000 cycles) before it goes into commercial production. The hooklift’s subframe is fatigue tested, replicating 150,000 cycles. Once approved for production, each MULTILIFT undergoes a series of rigorous quality control procedures throughout the assembly process.

FRICTION RELIEF

Standard on the XR14S - XR30S models, Float Function minimizes normal stress applied to both the chassis and the hooklift frame during transport, and extends the life expectancy of your equipment.
