New Sub-Cooling Circuit
The sub-cooling circuit control acquires sub-cooled liquid rerigerant and thus improves thesymptoms o oil recovery degradation and per-ormance degradation that occur because a losso system capability occurs throughout the pipinglines. The sub-cooling circuit control is a core tech-nology that enables the product to implement theworlds longest piping length and elevation dier-ence technology.
New BLDC inverter compressor
We have developed a new compressor with betterperormance, higher eiciency, and a more enhancedreliability than the existing compressors.For the motor, which is the core o the compressor,
the product uses a BLDC motor. The BLDC motor isa highly eicient motor, where strong ND magnetism
inside the rotor produces magnetic torque and themetal part o the rotor produces reluctance torqueto generate strong rotational orce. Eiciency isimproved because it has no slip loss, which alwaysoccurs in the normal induction motor, and noise isalso reduced due to its low torque ripple design.In addition, because the LG BLDC inverter compressorhas the back pressure structure in which the interior othe compressor is maintained at a high pressure, thecompression eiciency or rerigerant is improved. Thecompressor is also a high pressure type that makesoil lubrication smoother. Compared to the existingmodels, the LG BLDC inverter compressor has moreimproved perormance and reliability.It is the most suitable scroll inverter compressor or
the VRF system and perorms the role o a stronghuman heart in the MULTI V III with its outstandingperormance and high reliability.
