OBJECTIVE OF TASK FORCE
• TO IDENTIFY & EVALUATE CURRENT & FUTURE NEEDS OF TOWN GOVERNMENT AND BUILDING UTILIZATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF; MAXIMIZING UTILIZATION, REDUCING COSTS, PLANNING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT, AT MINIMUM PROPERTY TAX INCREASE TO PROPERTY OWNERS.
• PROVIDE THE PLANNING BOARD WITH DATA REQUIRED TO MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS TO TOWN GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATION & LEGISLATION
