Vegetation Abatements
Overgrown and noxious vegetation is not only unsightly, but can actually be hazardous. Overgrown vegetation can obstruct views of traffic at corners, create places for intruders to enter vacant properties, and create an overall poor image for a neighborhood.
Our vegetation abatement crews are specialists in code enforcement work and are specifically trained to:
Identify noxious weeds, safely remove and properly recycle them
Locate and be aware of debris, rocks and other hazards located on the site
Operate safely, efficiently and in a well organized fashion
Snow Abatement
When right-of-way sidewalks are not maintained by the resident or business it becomes a nuisance for the entire community. When this happens our crews are ready and waiting to handle even the most plowed-in walks.
With safety as our priority, we ensure the public is protected from moving snow removal equipment through a variety of measures including:
Flashing beacon lights
Audible alerts when backing up
A trained spotter watching for people or children who may approach the equipment.
Utilizing the correct equipment for the job, we are able to nimbly navigate various size sidewalks, pedestrian ramps and driveway approaches.
Securing Vacant Properties
Vacant properties and buildings are a blight to any community. Left unsecured, these can become places for a variety of problems.
Our experienced staff provides you safe and effective solutions in handling unsecured vacant properties.
We…
Notify local law enforcement regarding work at vacant property
Report any evidence of unlawful activity
Alert any potential occupants of our intent to secure the property and allow time for evacuation
Secure premises without causing unnecessary damage to structure
Document the date and time of our work performed
Graffiti Removal…
Experience counts…
If the language is highly offensive or derogatory, we are able to dispatch crews the same day to remedy problems We offer a balanced approach, considering the cost of the solution to the overall appearance of the property
We are proficient at multiple surfaces at various times of year We are able to either remove the paint or cover the paint depending on the circumstances
The ambitious vandal can seemingly ‘tag’ or spray paint logos, symbols, or offensive language in nearly any place of nearly any city. Whether up high or ground level, public or private property, summer or winter, we will quickly and efficiently remove or cover the graffiti.
Trash and Debris Removal
Communities suffer when residences or businesses accumulate a disproportionate amount of debris that is not kept in order. However, many times one person’s junk is another’s treasure, making clean up efforts challenging. When this happens and debris must be removed, the experience of the contractor often determines how smoothly the work is performed.
Our professional team will…
Carefully and respectfully remove the items which are in violation
Recycle or clean and donate items when possible and dispose of non-recyclable items at licensed waste facility Items we will remove include but are not limited to:
Tires, batteries, car parts
Household trash, yard waste, broken glass
Construction debris, lumber, concrete
Toys, signs, fences, bikes, etc.
