Roller conveyors for the transportation of work-pieces, transport containers or components up to 20kg. Each conveyor is made up of sec-tions to achieve the desired length. Sections of 625, 1000 and 1250mm are available each in depths of 300 and 400mm. Height adjustment can be made in 42 mm increments.

The linking system from KIND is suitable for diverse tasks:

Whether simple circulation systems or complex production

plants, this modular system adapts to many different tasks.

Using roller conveyors, heavy material containers and

workpiece carriers can be moved from one assembly

location to another.

Basic and attachment elements are available in module widths

of 625, 1000 and 1250 mm thus ensuring the optimum

utilisation of space.

The track widths of 300 and 400 mm cater for the transpor-

tation of different workpiece carriers and Euro-containers.

The transport conveyors can be adjusted to the optimum

ergonomic working height.

Compact 90 ° bends and corner solutions for

distribution, turning or rejection points increase

the flexibility of the system.

The use of transportation and material

provision carriages can be incorporated

within a Kanban system to guarantee

material flow and continuity of operation.

The safe stop for the workpiece carriers / transport containers. Using tilt stoppers, the workpiece carrier is kept where it is needed for the duration of the assembly. Manual release makes fast further transport of the assembled parts possible.

Transport carriage with mains or battery pow-ered electric height adjustment . Max. load capacity 50 kg. For safe and ergonomic material provision at the workplace.

Roller conveyors for the transport of heavy workpieces / transport containers up to 20 kg are available in module widths of 625, 1000 and 1250 mm and in the depths 300 and 400 mm. Height adjustment is provided at 42 mm increments.

Roller conveyors can be constructed as single or double sided to feed single ofmultiple workstations.
