Worktable series Allrounder

Bench and superstructure combinations

for hundreds of applications

The Allrounder workbench is available in widths of 1524

and 2004mm, and standard depths of 750 and 1000mm.

In combination with the extensive range of superstructures

and ergonomic accessories, countless options are possible.

Power and compressed air supplies can be routed via the

front or rear “function strips” providing outlets where re-

quired. A 25mm thick beech Multiplex worktop with a

soil resistant surface treatment is supplied as standard.

A 28mm thick melamine resin coated worktop is available

as an alternative.

Whether standing or sitting the ideal working height is

assured with full adjustment between 720 and 950mm

Workbench versions

Choose from our standard 25mm sealed beech Multiplex or 28mm melamine resin coated worktops.

The workbench can be ordered with a steel base shelf for additional storage.

A standard feature of the range is a height adjustable frame. Adjustment between 720 and 950 mm ensures a comfortable working height.

Compressed air outlets are installed neatly and safely into the integrated “function strip”. The supply can be routed front or rear and benches installed side by side can share a common supply.

Power outlets are easily incorporated into the “function strip”.

The perforated rear panel provides accessible additional storage for tools and equipment.

KIND only uses environmentally sound powder coatings.

Central locking and push button drawer release system pre-vent accidental ope-ning of the drawers.

The drawers are pre-slotted at 75 mm intervals to accept a wide range of dividers. A rotary cylinder lock is fitted to all drawers and doors. The drawers, supported on ball bearing runners, feature an extension of 80 % and a load capacity of 60 kg.

65 mm raised edge on sides and rear to prevent items rolling off. Height adjustable in 30 mm increments.

Various fittings are available for partitioning of the drawers. Fittings are available for small parts, tools and equipment. Plastic grab rails with lettering strips are available.

A range that stands out from the crowd thanks to superior

design and thoughtful detailing. The standard integrated

“function” strip and a height adjustable option are just two

features that help the user achieve the maximum in flexibility

and convenience.

KIND has given a new look to the traditional workbench.

Numerous design details help optimise efficiency and pro-

ductivity across an even greater range of tasks.

Ergonomics - Economy

Workbench superstructures from the KIND range enable

cost effective individualisation of each workbench to cater

for particular tasks and requirements.

Modular system for versatility

The three cabinet widths of 605, 1150 and 1696mm cater

for most requirements and simplify the planning of instal-

lations in workshops and factories. For multi-cabinet instal-

lations individual worktops can be deleted in lieu of special

lengths to suit the installation.

Due to the unique modular design, each individual “bay” of

the cabinet can be configured independently with a wide

range of drawers in various heights, cupboard doors and

open shelves. Central locking is a standard feature. As

requirements change, Series Function can be reconfigured

at any time thus avoiding the cost and inconvenience of

replacement workbenches.

Series Function - Details and accessories

Drawers with a load capacity of 80 kg and 80 % opening extension are fitted as standard. A 100 % opening exten-sion is also available in all but the bottom drawer position.

Adjustable shelf can be raised in 30mm increments

The ideal working height can be guaranteed with our adjustable height models. Height adjustment between 850 and 1050mm is available on 1150 and 1695mm cabinets.

Highly practical: Integral perforations provide a convenient location for constantly used tools, documents, materials or equipment.

Mobile workbenches Power and compressed air

The unique integrated function strip provides for the routing of power and air feeds in both the front and rear of the workbench. Outlets can be fitted where required.

Workbenches of 605 and 1150mm width can be supplied as mobile cabinets.

Create continuous runs. Custom sized tops to suit the installation can be supplied in lieu of individual worktops. Power and com-pressed air can be routed through the front or rear “Function strip” with outlets located where required.

Continuous in design and function

The Series Comfort Workbench incorporates all of the basic

design elements found in the KIND Drawer Cabinet.

A wide range of drawer depths each with a broad choice

of partitioning options ensures outstanding flexibility and

organization. Drawers can be specified with alternative load

capacities and opening options. Central locking and anti-tilt

technology is standard throughout the range.

In standard form Series Comfort workbenches are fitted

with a 40mm thick layered beech multiplex worktop,

pre-sealed to reduce soiling.

Series Comfort - Details and accessories

Easy to install drawer divider sets are available for small parts, tools and equipment.

Worktops can be selected from our wide range to provide protection against heat and corrosive substances as required.

Standard drawers are E80 with 80 kg load capacity and 80 % extension. V100 draw-ers are available with 100 kg capacity and 100 % extension. Drawers feature 25mmpitch pre-formed slotted side walls to accept a wide range of partitioning options.

The modular design available in three widths and three

heights provides the ideal solution for a wide range of

applications.

Practical: Table One can be linked in rows for optimum

utilisation of space and workfl ow in both single and double

sided confi gurations.

Each table, if required, can be individually equipped for

differing tasks.

The system

Shelf baskets with partitions and side walls - for unmanageable or loose materials. The baskets are easily located into the rear profi le and height adjustment is available in 42 mm increments.

Vertical Power Sockets can be located on the vertical rear uprights providing safe and convenient access.

Shelves of different depths are easily located into the slotted rear profi le and are adjustable for height.Bookends for lamella shelves also bringcartons and packing material as well asfi les and books within reach.

A wide range of requirements can be fulfi lled with our

modular supply system. Transport and supply trolleys are

available in various widths, depths and heights. Each can

be equipped to cater for your individual requirements.

The fi tting and adjustment of accessories is tool free

and our trolleys are equipped with lockable castors for

stability and safety.

Choose from a wide range of accessories such as shelves,

universal bin rails, a wide range of open topped compo-

nent bins, lamella shelves (adjustable tiered trays) and

fl ow beds. Each accessory can be adjusted for height at
