Great work
This semester has been like no other and I trust that
all members of our school community are looking
forward to our holiday break. Thank you for your
ongoing support and to our amazing teaching and
non-teaching staff for their unwavering dedication
and commitment to our school this semester as
always. Last day for students is Friday 3 July.
Monday 20 July is a School Development Day with
students K-6 returning Tuesday 21 July. Wishing you
all a safe and happy break. Keep safe so we can
continue to ease our restrictions at school and see
more of you in Term 3 and beyond.
Please note: On School Development Day, our front
office staff will be involved in Professional Learning.
Therefore our front office will be open for enquiries
from 9:00-10:00 and 2:00-3:00. This includes purchas-
es from our Uniform Shop.
End of term mufti day
Our SRC will be hosting an end of term celebration
in the form of a mufti day and in school disco
(students are to wear enclosed shoes, no midriff
tops). There is no cost. Canteen have a meal deal,
please see ad on page 3.
Semester 1 student reports
Student reports will be sent to families by Week 3 of
next term. As previously communicated, the report
will be a modified version of our traditional report
due to remote learning this semester. Students will
not receive an A-E grade, but will be provided with
feedback about their engagement with learning
and future learning. While our report is modified,
teachers have spent a great deal of time to ensure
you are receiving a purposeful and accurate
report for you child’s learning this semester. To
ensure these are done to our usual high standard,
we have utilised an additional two weeks of the six
weeks provided to communicate your child’s
progress this semester.
Parent Teacher meetings are scheduled next term.
Bookings can be made at:
www.schoolinterviews.com.au
