FUNCTIONSThe muscular system is made up of all the muscles in our body. There are over six hundred muscles in the human body.Muscles help to give our bodies shape, help us to move and they also help protect our internal organs. Muscles are made of muscle fibres and the muscles in our body respond to the nervous system by contracting and relaxing...

...Tissues called tendons connect muscles to bones. Our skeleton and our muscular system work together to make our body move. This is called the musculoskeletal system. Our musculoskeletal system is made up of bones, ligaments, muscles and tendons.

STAYING HEALTHY

It is also important to have a balanced diet with plenty of calcium and potassium, which are key players in muscle contraction. Having strong, well-exercised muscles increases your metabolism and helps you to stay energized for longer periods of time.

IF THE MUSCULAR SYSTEM IS ELIMINATED

-If the muscular system doesn´t work it affect to the movement, posture and breathing.

-You could have this diseases: Paralyzation, Cramps and Muscle Spasms.
