The font is thin and quite stretched across the box out.

Gutters – the gaps between the columns of text.

Magazine name along with the page number.

The magazine is split up into sections which will make the reader know more in dept of what they will find within the magazine.

They have put a part where you can access them off social networking pages to know all the latest news and updates.

The gaps between the pictures which illustrate what is going to be found on that page number creates the break between each page and picture.

The page number with the picture is better because having illustrations give a better insight of what to expect on that page.

The title of the page is big and bold to stand out, also the font fits the page really good.

Picture Credits - where did thephotos come from, or who took them.

Title isn’t on one line its broken down to three lines, I would assume that it’s because the editor wanted to create an effect for when the reader sees it.

The only main proper colour is the red heart which looks like a women is ripping out of Kanye west’s chest. This image could be linked to the main story of the magazine.

Breaking the contents page into two different sections will allow readers to get to exactly what they would like within no time.

Gutters – the gaps between the columns of text.

Borders – the gaps at the edges of the page.

The fonts used for this contents page are quite elegant and posh for a pop magazine.

At the bottom of this page are websites and places that you can visit for more information on what is in this issue.

Kanye west I’m assuming is the main feature which is the reason why he is the only picture on the contents page, although he is not in colour he looks like her has been grey scaled except the part where a women is taking his heart.

the big letter in the background makes the background more sophisticated then just having it plain.

Main image of the feature which takes up most of the first page.

Drop Capitals – Really big letter, which start off an article.

Borders – the gaps at the edges of the page.

Heading for the images that are below.

House Style – a magazines distinctive design that distinguishes it from itscompetitors.

Images that illustrate the text that is below, it also gives you a better insight of what the text is about.

The different colour of the text makes it stand out and must mean that it is important or significant for the reader to know about.

The red plus sign in a black circle indicates that you can turn the page to other pages within the magazine.

Pull quote- this is a quote from the text it’s self to either make it seem important or used for exaggeration.

The little images that are with the text is : Anchorage – The way in which text helps to pin down the meaning of a picture andvisa versa.

The word ‘girl’ is in pink as pink is associated with young girls.

Borders – the gaps at the edges of the page.

The words are quite meaningful towards Miley Cyrus who is the main double page spread feature.

The colour of the background is plain and looks dusty which makes Miley who is sat in the corner stand out to make sure that your eyes catch her first.

This is just the beginning of the article which would I assume be on the next page as this is just a small insight to the whole feature.

The Lead – the introductory paragraph of an article. Usually written in bold orcapitals.

Page number Picture Credits - where did the photos come from, or who took them.

The main image is Miley sat in a corner wearing black bottoms and shoes which stand out from the rest f the image, her hair colour against the wall stands out rather than blending into the wall.

The text is in a more modern and simple font, easy to read an interpret. Having the main features name in blue makes it stand out as it gives that sense that she’s important.

This montage of pictures are how they want her to be portrayed.
