- Coordinated with the purchasing department to deploy adequate resources on site to ensure that the milestones are
reached on the scheduled date.
- Prepared Method statements for Piling work, shoring work, and Pile tests.
- Prepared detailed shop drawings for piling and shoring works using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with the main Contractor, Consultant, and other sub-Contractors (such as deWatering and Excavation
contractors) to resolve any problem or obstacle in the site that may affect the work to prevent delays.
