INTRODUCING THE FIRST-EVER LINCOLN MKC.
S
Welcome to The 12th Annual Run&ShootFilmworks Martha's Vineyard AfricanAmerican Film Festival always known as The Summer's Finest Film Festival.
be beautiful.shine bright.at the summer’sfinest film festival
Through God's grace and kindness this event continues to grow in days and content. This year we have added a live contemporary danceperformance which I am sure will stir your soul and provoke insightfulconversation. As always, we will continue to screen the finest in independentfilms and studio productions. We are also looking forward to all of ourreceptions, celebrations, competitions and our increasingly popular Color of Conversation.
We take great pride in this event because it means so much to so manydifferent individuals on a myriad of levels. If this film festival makes a positive difference in just one person’s life during this week, then we know all the decision making and problem solving has been well worth it.
During this week, please be sure to visit the ocean, if only to say "hello”.Try to embrace what's beautiful about the island...the sunsets, the quiet in the morning, the cool nights, each other, the films and of course thefilmmakers.
We encourage everyone to applaud all the filmmakers for their independent efforts and when provided the opportunity , support them with positive words of encouragement.
Many thanks to all of our previous and new sponsors for their continued support.
Safe travels and continued success to everyone in all of your endeavors.
