MY ADVANCE PORTFOLIO

Your Advance Portfolio is easy to access and simple to view. You can see the accounts you hold, how your investments are performing and the transactions you’ve made.

Getting started

You can access your Advance Portfolio at www.myfinancialportfolio.co.uk. Some adviser firms will include their firm name in the address, so the one you’ve been given could look like this; firm-name.myfinancialportfolio.co.uk.

We will send you a username and initial password in the post and for security reasons, on separate days.

When you log in for the first time you will be asked to:

• Change your password from the one we have sent you (this must be different to your username).

• Choose a memorable word – You will be asked for three random letters from your memorable word each time you log in.

• Choose and provide answers to three security questions that we will use in the future to verify your identity, if you forget your password.

• Confirm you have read the Terms of Use

The minimum internet browser versions to view the Advance Portfolio are Internet Explorer 10 and above, Microsoft Edge on Windows 10, Firefox 40 and above, Chrome 40 and above, Safari on iPad from IOS 8 and above.

WHAT YOU CAN VIEW

Once you’ve logged on to your Advance Portfolio you’ll be automatically directed to your home page. This provides a summary of information and allows you to delve more deeply into your investments.

Your home page shows four main areas.

From the home page, you can click on any of these areas listed below for more information.

My accounts

Shows details of the accounts that you hold – including a list of the

investments in each account their values.

My portfolio

Shows the current value of your portfolio,

a summary of the transactions and

performance.

My payments

Shows details of the payments and

transfers.

My documents

Shows the documents generated for your

Portfolio.

This section provides a summary of the transactions in your Portfolio and performance which can be filtered across a specific date range.

This section includes details of any payments or transfers that have been made to your Portfolio.

Additionally, you are able to search for specific transactions on your accounts across a specific date range.

Any documents that have been generated for your Portfolio will be displayed in My documents and are searchable across a specific date range.

If you have opted to receive your documents online, you will be notified by email when a new document is added.
