The most common cause of cellulite isthought to be a typically feminine weak-ness in the connective tissue. A lot ofmoney is invested in expensive miraclecures and treatments aimed at firning theskin, but these are mostly without success.The irritating dimples persist.

What really lies behind the problem ofcellulite?Cellulite arises not only through too manycalories and too little exercise, but prima-rily through an excess of acids. This is whyone-sided crash diets or miracle pills areno help here. The key to success lies in aholistic programme, which provides ahealthy understanding of the body andbrings the acid-alkaline ratio back into balance through various measures.

Why do women get cellulite?By its very nature, the tissue of the femalebody on the thighs, hips, bottom andstomach is a particularly elastic and flexi-ble storage tissue. Over millions of years ithas developed into an energy and fatstore which is intended to provide for twopeople in the event of pregnancy. This re-quirement is the only factor to be geneti-cally determined. Alkaline-generating diet

Changing your diet helps to remove cel-lulite permanently. Reducing the con-sumption of acids means these are notdeposited in the tissue. The metabolismand tissue are strengthened by the natu-ral vital ingredients in high quality foods.

The alkaline-generating and complete ve-getarian diet recommended by us duringthe cellulite treatment contains a high pro-portion of vegetables, crudités and fruit aswell as an omni-molecular plant-derivedfood product, for example WurzelKraft. Thisis known as an omnimolecular food pro-duct because it contains numerous mine-rals, vitamins and other bioactive sub-stances in the 100 plants from which it isproduced. Nature kindly makes these avai-lable to us so that we may preserve or regenerate our health and beauty.

Through the increased consumption ofvaluable vital substances, acids and harmful substances are intercepted andneutralised, making it possible to elimi-nate them. In addition, any existingshortages of vital substances can becompensated.

to add one or twocaps of the bath salts after one

or two hours. It is also possible to add new water.

It is recommended to take at least twowaist or full baths and three alkaline footbaths a week lasting 30 to 90 minuteseach. The temperature of the bath shouldbe between 36 – 38° C.

Purification

As a complementary purificationmeasure, body care treatments in the form of foot baths, full baths and alkaline compresses are available for home application. According to the principle of con-centration balance, alkaline applica-tions with a pH value of approx. 8,5encourage the elimination of trouble-some waste products, acids and harmfulsubstances via skin and mucous mem-branes.

It is important from time to time to takefull baths lasting two or three hours oreven more. For these baths lasting such along time, it is possible to add more bathsalts than normal from the beginning or

TIP:Wearing alkaline cuffsover the day and alka-line stockings overnightgenerally increase yourwell being without anyadditional expenditureof time.

Preparation of the alkaline stockings oralkaline cuffsDissolve a heaped teaspoon of the alkaline mineral bath salts in half a litre of warm water. Place the thin cotton stockings respectively the alkaline cuffsinto the solution. Remove them, wringthem out thoroughly and put them oneither your feet or your arms.

The alkaline cuffs can be wearedunderneath clothing or un-covered. Over the thin cottonstockings put on the drywoollen outer stockings.

To specifically stimu-late metabolic activityand promote the elimination of harm-ful substances, youshould brush in thedirection of elimi-nation every ten mi-nutes during your alkaline full bath orfoot bath.

This means brushing in a straight line tothe next “drain”:● towards the fingertips and the tiptoes
