EnterpriseAccount(EA)
YourmyEnterpriseAccount(AccountorEA)isyouruniqueidentificationnumber.Itisthesamewith
your LoadXtreme account number. It serves as identifier for all your purchases and redemption
transactions. The transaction information recorded under your account is processed in real-time for
instantandEODcomputationofincentives.
Your Account is likewiseused bymyLXandmyTURF to formthe genealogical structure ofthe sales
networknecessaryfordeterminingdistributionofdifferentmyLXincentivestoyouandotherqualified
IT in the network. The structures are formed using the following distinct information supplied by
TechnopreneursandTechnoUsers:

Sponsor Account (or Sponsor ID). This refers tomyEnterprise Account of the person whodirectlyorpersonallyintroducedanotherITorTechnoUserintotheProgram.
PlacementAccount(orPlacementID).ThisreferstoanaccountthatasponsoringITspecifies,ortoasystem-definedaccountnumberwhereanotheraccountisbeingregisteredorspecifically
placedunder,relativetothenetworkstructurepositionofthesponsoringaccount.
AnaccountmayberegisteredwiththesameSponsorAccountandPlacementAccountinformationor
with different information subject to the preferences of the sponsoring IT or the Auto-placement
configurationoftheSponsoringTechnopreneur.
Auto-PlacementandLockSTA/STBfeatureofmyLX
Dependingonthenetworkgrowthanddevelopmentofyoursalesgroups,youmayenabletheAuto-
PlacementorLockSTA/STB featuresofmyLXwhensponsoringTechnopreneurregistrationstoensure
control,balanceandmaximizedearnings.
WhenyouenableAuto-Placementfeature,theSystemwillautomaticallydeterminewhichSalesTeam(A
orB)isbestfornetworkplacementofthecurrentregistrationbyidentifyingtheSalesTeamwithlesserGold Sales Points accumulation.The systemwill then select thelast (or farthest)myLX accountthat
belongstotheSalesTeamwiththeleastvolumeaccumulationandplacetheaccountbeingregistered
underthatSalesTeamandaccountselectionbyusingtheaccountnumberoftheselectedrecordasthe
PlacementAccount.
Ontheotherhand,youcanhavesubstantial controlof thenetworkplacementbehaviorby usingthe
Lock STA/STBoption.When enabled,myLXwill always place sponsored account registration on the
farthestSalesTeamselection,i.e.thelastaccountinSalesTeamBiftheLockoptionissettoLockSTB.

Products you buy under the different divisions of myEnterprise, including the LoadXtreme
TechnopreneurEnterprisePacksandmyWellnessPackageshavesalescodecalledProductPackSales
CodeorPPSC.PPSCisa16-digitnumberthatuniquelyidentifiesaproductorproductpackage.
Products and product packs also have equivalent Sales Points (Gold and/or Silver) where you earn
incentives upon registration. PPSCmust be registered via web or SMS to activateyour Encashment
Facilityoreven to qualify in earning the incentives offeredundermyEnterprise. Please refer to the

DirectSalesIncentive(DSI)

EachtimeaproductorpackageispurchasedwithinyourSalesTeamsandthecorrespondingsalescode,
voucherorcouponisregisteredthruthemyEnterpriseSystem,thevalueofGSPassignedtotheproduct
iscreditedtoyourmyEnterpriseaccountandsimultaneouslytoitsancestryaccounts.
GSP is accumulated and credited to either STA or STB accumulator of your myEnterprise Account
dependingonwhichSalesTeamtheproductpurchaseswereregistered.WhenGSPaccumulatestoFour
Hundred(400)points onbothSalesTeams,youwillearnone(1)SalesScoreorplainlyreferredtoas
Score.AtEnd-of-Day(EOD)processing,yourTSBiscomputedbasedonthetotalScoresearnedina
calendarday.AScorehasamaximumequivalentvalueofFiveHundredPesos(PhP500.00)andmayvary
dependingonthedeterminedPro-ratedScoreValue(PSV)perday.
Pro-ratedSalesScoreValue
Sales of products, product packs, use of electronic vouchers and coupons, contribute to the
myEnterpriseBonusPoolatEOD.myEnterprisedeterminesthepro-ratedvalueofaScorein three(3)
simplesteps:
1. myEnterprisesystem determines theBonus Poolsize in a dayby combining theoutstandingbalanceof theBonusFund frompreviousday (ending/beginningbalance)and theequivalent
amountofthetotaltransactionsinaday.
2. myEnterprise determines the total number of Scores earned in a day by qualified
Technopreneurs.
3. Pro-ratavalueisestablishedbydividingtheBonusPoolwiththetotalnumberofScoresearnedbyqualifiedITs.Dependingonthesalesvolume-scoreratio,theScorevaluemayvarydailybut

BothTechnoUsersandTechnopreneursmayqualifyforthisincentive.ItiscomputedbasedontheSilver
SalesPoints(SSP)ofproductspurchaseswithintheGuaranteedSalesRewardLevels(GSRL)ofyoursales
structureororganization.
GSRLreferstothe8-levelgenealogicalstructureofyoursalesorganizationrelativeto yourpositionin
the entire salesnetwork of Technopreneurs. The network structure is formed using the Sponsor ID
informationoftheregisteredaccountsofTechnopreneursandTechnoUsers.
PSOguaranteesyourfixedearningsfromthesalesperformancesofyourdownlineTechnopreneursand
TechnoUsersregardlessoftheirsalesrankortitleachievementintheprogramasdiscussedlater.This
meansthatevenifTechnopreneursunderyoursalesorganizationachievehighersalesrankortitlethan
yourcurrentrankachievement,youareensuredtoreceiveearningsfromtheirsalesperformancesand
personalpurchaseorredemptiontransactions.
EachtimeatransactionofyourdownlineTechnopreneurisposted,thesystemcalculatesthePSOfrom
theSSPequivalenceoftheproductpurchasedorredeemed.

FullEligibilityRequirementforTechnopreneursunderthemyEnterpriseCompensationProgram
Technopreneurs are automatically qualified to earn on all SSP-based incentives (see page 3) under
myEnterprise Program within thirty (30) days from the activation date of myEnterprise account.
Subsequently, you are required to continuously and regularly purchase or redeem myEnterprise
productstokeepyourqualificationandfulleligibilitytoearnundermyEnterprise.
EverypurchaseofmyTURFandmyWellnessproductsextendstheperiodofyourqualification toearn
incentives that are basedon the SSP equivalence of all sales transactions under your network.This
period is knownas Full EligibilityPeriod (FEP). Depending on the FEP values for each product, your
purchaseofparticularproductsextendsyourFEPandpushestheFullEligibilityExpiryDate(FEED)which
isactuallythedatefollowingtheendofyourFEP.UnliketheQualifyingPeriodorQP,whichisalways
determined from the last purchase or sales transaction, FEP is extended cumulatively by product

purchases.Therefore,itispossibletoearnyourfulleligibilityintheprogramfortheentirecalendaryear
evenataveryshortperiodoftimebyaccumulatingtherequiredsalesvolume.YourFEPmayonlybe
extended up to the immediate anniversary date ofyourmyEnterprise accountactivation.Whenyou
reachfulleligibilityuptoyouranniversarydate,yourotherpurchaseswillnolongerextendyourFEP
beyondyouranniversarydate.Youmay startaccumulating salesandpurchasesforyourfulleligibility
onlyafteryouraccountsanniversarydate.
InactivityorNon-compliance
WhenyourFEPexpiresduetoinactivityornon-compliancetotherequirement,youwillnotfullyearn
theSSP-basedincentivesoftheprogramexceptfortheDSIandTSB.However,suchearningswillalsobe
restricted from encashment or transfer. You may however be able to convert your earnings to
LoadXtremeloadwalletcredits.Yourfullqualificationtoearnalltheincentiveswillonlybereinstated
and become available for encashment or transferwhen you purchaseor redeem products. You are
therefore encouraged to regularly redeem or purchase products to ensure qualification and full
eligibilityinmyEnterpriseprogram.
Built-inDynamicCompression
Toensure that you earn incentives onall levels of yourGSRL, myEnterprise has employed DynamicCompression.Through this feature, non-performingor unqualifiedTechnopreneurs andTechnoUsers
withinyourGSRLwillnothinderyoufromearningincentivesonperformingTechnopreneursbelowthe
unqualified Technopreneurs and TechnoUsers. Dynamic Compression works by virtually and
temporarilyremovingallunqualifiedTechnopreneursandTechnoUserstherebycompressingyoursales
networkstructuresuchthatalllevelsofyourGSRLbecomeproductiveandearnyouincentives.This
featureguaranteesthatthereisnobreakageofcommissionpayouttothecompany.
BusinessExpansionBonus(BEB)
ThisincentivefeatureisexclusivetoTechnopreneurs.IfyousubscribeasaTechnopreneur,thisallows
youtoearnincentivesorrewardsbeyondtheGSRLofyournetworkoruptoinfinitelevelsdependingonyoursalesrankachievementintheprogram.BysatisfyingtherequiredSalesPointsaccumulationon
thefirstleveland/orwithintheGSRLofyourSalesNetwork,youmayachievethefollowingranks:
1. AceManager2. ChampionLeader3. EliteExecutive4. SupremeAmbassador
BecominganAceManager
TobecomeanAceManager,youmustdirectlysponsorfive(5)Technopreneursandaccumulate75,000
SilverSalesPointswithinyourGSRL.AtanytimeyoureachedtherequiredcumulativeSSPvolume,you
needtopurchaseproductsequivalentto1,000SSP.ThiswillserveasyourPersonalQualifyingVolume.
When you become AceManager,youwill earn additional fivepercent (5%) ofthe totalSilver Sales
Points(SSP)equivalenceofthepurchasesandredemptiontransactionsofyourdownlineTechnoUsers
andTechnopreneurswhohavenotachievedanypositionorrank.YourBEBearningasAceManager
startsfromthefirstleveldownlineTechnopreneurorTechnoUseruptothenextimmediategeneration
